Quiet Corner is a safe swimming beach (perfect for kids) and we have a local shop, all within a minute's walk from our front gate. I had an absolutely amazing stay! The space was even better than described—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The hosts helped us with anything and was a highlight and made the stay truly special. Sam and Jeremy went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering great recommendations and ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. A lovely place with a well-equipped kitchen. The beds had heaters, which kept us warm during our April stay. However, the 1.5 bathrooms weren’t separated, which made it a bit challenging for five adults. Overall, we were very pleased with Annette’s home. There was also helpful information provided about the surrounding area.

We really enjoyed the location which was close to everything we needed but out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist part of Hobart. It was a great spot to use for visiting the Huon Valley, Bruny Island and Hobart itself. Although a bit further to go when going to the Coal River Valley, the traffic was light and easy to navigate.

From the well-provisioned kitchen and pantry, the great supply of wood for the fireplace, fabulous information about the area and friendly, timely comms, Liz had everything covered. We're already planning our next visit to Bruny Sea House.

This was our first air bnb, chosen to stay close to family living nearby. The house was just as pictured, clean, easy to heat (autumn in Tasmania!!) uncluttered, easy to access, and great supplies, including. Linen, toiletries, kitchen essentials, and additional condiments, and laundry supplies. Great views over the water and of sunrises, if you are up early. Less than 10mins walk down hill to Blackmans Bay beach (with kids). Loads of shops/restaurants/supermarkets easy 5 min drive away in Kingston.
