Vacation rentals with beach access in Kingborough Council

We truly enjoyed our stay in Hobart at Janina’s and Gary’s place. They are very welcoming and ready to share their knowledge and tips to visiting Hobart, and Tasmania. The extra touches of toasting bread, jam and butter, and tea and coffee were appreciated for breakfast. Close by is an IGA for groceries and a Porter’s for wine and beer. Nearby beaches were just right for relaxing. Salamanca Market is about a 10-minute drive. Can’t go wrong booking this location. It is a wonderful pied à terre in Hobart!

Jo's place was perfect for our 2 night stay at Adventure Bay. We were performers in the Australia Day Event at Adventure Bay and the accommodation was ideal to kick back and relax when not at the event. Jo's place felt private, relaxed and the yummy breakfast was well appreciated. Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning place and location! Nel and Lorne were amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They had thought of all the little things to make us feel welcome and it truly felt like we were staying with friends…like a home away from home. We arrived to the smell of fresh bread baking, and found a loaf baking in the bread oven. Nel had even left us a jar of her homemade raspberry jam, which was to die for! We fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves which was absolutely magical and so peaceful. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Would 100% recommend and would love to come back sometime!

Our stay at Craig’s and Justine Apartment in Hobat was incredibly a wonderful time we were so happy Craig and Justine made us feel welcome and were very helpful The house was a clean home like a brand new Home On arrival there was a hot cooked fresh bread and home made jam waiting to be eaten The pool was clean and well maintained Overall our stay was perfect and we are hanging out to return as soon as possible Thank you Craig and Justine

Richard's place was fantastic! Great location, only a few minutes drive into the restaurants and supermarkets of Sandy Bay, and only 10 minutes into Hobart city. The home was beautifully presented and incredibly warm, comfortable and cosy, with all amenities and appliances one could need for a great stay. Whenever we messaged Richard, he or his property manager always responded very quickly, were extremely helpful, considerate and pleasant to deal with. We'd definitely stay here again!

Having that beautiful bay at the front door really was spectacular. Positioned toward the end of a quiet culdesac and right across the Rd from the water, made for a relaxed and peaceful stay for our little family. Having the kids dvd’s was a winner for our kids to enjoy some relax time after big day. We wanted to stay longer for the amazing location that it was!

Rob's place is beautiful inside and out. The views are spectacular. It's super quick and easy to walk to the beach, cafes and shops. The house is simply a joy to be in - light filled, comfy and wonderfully styled. You'll find everything you need here. Rob is a generous and accommodating host, communicating openly and responding promptly. We look forward to our next stay at Rob's place!

The Adventure Bay house was perfect for us, being a mother, daughter & 2 grandchildren. We have stayed on Bruny before but this position with beach across the road was sensational. Kitchen was very well equipped as we cooked in both nights. Comfy beds & a big friendly dinner table. Host Nina described check in details well & available amenities. A memorable stay…thanks

We booked Ann’s place to relax and reset after a busy few months. It was everything that we had hoped for. The place has beautiful views and is light and bright. We love to cook and Ann’s kitchen has everything you need to cook a beautiful meal. There is a fantastic selection of CD’s, DVD’s and books which we made use of. The house has such a homely feel with comfy couches for lounging. What a gorgeous place, we absolutely loved it.

We loved this sweet, cosy, sunny cottage. The beach is a short walk away and we spent hours there. The kids loved the wildlife spotting and we sat on the big lazy boys in front of the fire in the evening - couldn’t ask for a nicer mini break!

The Beach House was just perfect for our short stay on the Island. It was very comfortable and allowed us to relax and enjoy watching the local wildlife from the living room. Being close to the beach was a lovely treat.

This place is a dream. Beautiful space, peaceful, private. Would be great for multiple families and/or friends. Beds, linen and pillows were all wonderful and the kitchen had everything we needed. We went as just 2 adults and 2 kids, but more than enough space for 3 couples with children. Lovely view and lots of wallabies and wildlife.

We enjoyed the house and area for an extended family trip. Lots of room and activities at the house. Kids loved the painting spot, and the short walk to fish off the jetty. Some nice foreshore walks, with a well formed track to Verona Sands. Thanks

Beautiful place to stay whilst exploring Hobart. Felt very central and walkable to most areas. Had a wonderful stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay with Million Dollar Views. We thank Coralie and Costa for their very generous food and drinks, comfortable bed, kitchen and many extras to a make our stay perfect. We certainly recommend our stay to friends and family. Julie’s cosy apartment was just perfect for a Tassie winter break. Beautiful linen, soft,comfortable lounges and a warm fireplace made everything so inviting. I would highly recommend staying here. Thankyou for having us . Di and Pete

Roxy and Ambre have done a beautiful job with this unit. You can hear the waves crashing and see the beach from the apartment. Beautifully clean and bed was really comfortable. You are close to many yummy restaurants and a few with delicious vegan GF options. If you like op shopping like me you'll find them in walking distance to the apartment. We stayed for 6 days and the neighbours were lovely saying hi to our son each day. The beach is also a kids paradise with a swing on the sand and an area the community have set up with toys. Lovely little touches in the apartment with a rain jacket and umbrellas. We just loved it and will definitely be back. Thanks for making our holiday so relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very welcoming and clean. Comfortable beds and sitting area. It was well equipped. The stairs may be an issue for some, although there was a 1 bedroom unit down stairs with easy access that one of our party used. The location was ideal for us and the view pleasant.

The landlord is a very warm and kind person, and both my boyfriend and I really like them! The house is also very new, making it a comfortable place to stay. Plus, it’s close to the beach, making it a great choice for accommodation in Tasmania!

Wonderful stay in a wonderful area. Well thought out space with all you need for comfortable stay in Tassie! Very spacious, convenient kitchen and sufficient heating. It was a pleasure staying here. Will be back for sure!
