Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Kingborough Council

The views from every room in the house are magnificent. We were a group of friends in town for Dark MOFO, but the house itself was one of the highlights of the trip. Comfortable and warm, it was a short Uber ride from the city yet so relaxing just sitting in the winter sun and looking at the water. Thanks Karen for a lovely stay

Amazing home with an amazing view. Very quiet area. All you can hear is wildlife and the gentle waves on the water. Appreciated how much open space there was in the rooms and on the deck. We actually said that if we build a home, we want it just like that one! Great spot for day trips, but we were also happy hanging out there playing games, reading, and relaxing.

We had the most wonderful stay! Hannah was a fantastic host with excellent communication from start to finish, making everything seamless and stress-free. The house itself was absolutely amazing, spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. It felt incredibly peaceful and private, a perfect escape from the everyday. Everything was thoughtfully set up, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Wina’s place over Easter. It’s lovely and cosy and Wina was very responsive, dropping an iron to our house witching 15mins of requesting one. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This place was amazing to stay at and highly recommend it. The view was absolutely spectacular. The spa on the deck was total luxury. The house was cosy and just felt like a home away from home - it was generously stocked with games, books, everything you would need in a kitchen, comfortable beds, warm fire. There is heaps to do in this area if you want to get out to explore but it's also the perfect peaceful spot to just stay put and rest. It's the best AirBnB we've ever stayed in. Would love to come again. Thank you to our hosts for letting us stay.

We loved our stay in this immaculate home. This was our second holiday in South Arm, and certainly not the last. The house was clean and well stocked for a comfortable stay. We loved the sounds of the ocean and access to the beach is short and easy. It's so near perfect, my only wish would be a rug or mat, as the home has very little in soft furnishings. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this home!

Yvonne and Frank were great, communicative hosts for a perfect 2 week stay while I was in Margate for the birth of my grandson. My 5 year old granddaughter stayed with me many nights. We both enjoyed the peaceful mornings watching prairie hens and bunnies in the fields and the gardens right outside our balcony deck. The autumn afternoons walking through the trees and designed garden was “magical”. The kitchen was well equipped with top appliances and I was able to prepare meals to take to my daughter’s family. Lovely shower area. Mattress warmer took the chill off. Nice lighting and tv. Good seating in lounge area and nice dining table with lovely sun shining in the morning. Washer and dryer was a plus! Easy access into front door with keypad. I was able to walk to Margate and close grocery. Beaches were within a 10 minute drive. Easy parking. Location right off channel hwy with direct route within 25 minutes to Hobart. This is a great choice for a 1 bedroom getaway near Hobart.
