Beachfront vacation rentals in Kingborough Council

We stayed a couple of nights in this beautiful house. It was so quiet having come from the city, and the tranquil waterfront property was just what we needed. Rohan let us know everything before we got there and it was just as advertised. Very relaxing and we'll come again.

What a beautiful and peaceful place to stay! We booked this accommodation as a family, as my brother was getting married in Peppermint Bay. Lindsey was very proactive and an excellent communicator - the house was easy to find, access and enjoy. All the amenities required were provided, the view and garden were lovely. I’d thoroughly recommend a stay here, and hope to arrange another booking when we are in Tasmania again.

I booked Eve's place as the location looked great and was close to our family in Hobart. Unfortunately I was unable to attend due to illness, but my Parents still went for 4 days. The loved the location and how clean and peaceful the accommodation was. The outside areas were fantastic and the newly installed kitchen was beautiful. Eve left great instructions for local places to eat and drink, as well as local attractions to visit and see. Overall my parents loved Eve's home and wouldnt hesitate to stay again. Hopefully next time I will be able to join them.

This was our second visit to Seagrass. It is the perfect location to unwind after a day exploring Bruny. The house is so cosy and comfortable and has everything you need, and we love being able to walk to the water. Thank you for everything!

The host and her lovely family are very friendly and easy . Sandy bay main park / ocean views are only 5 min walk - posh and nice area

Just spent a thoroughly enjoyable 14 nights at Amy’s place - 2 couples & a dog on a Tassie Roadtrip. The house was just fantastic - clean and well presented - had everything you needed, generously stocked and complete with all the essentials. Comfy beds, beautiful linen sheets, excellent modern bathroom, well kitted out kitchen, comfy lounges & outdoor furniture - we spent many nights and afternoons just relaxing on the deck and enjoying the beautiful water views of Coningham and believe me the view is ‘to die for’ as the saying goes and a bonus to have a beautiful swimming beach literally across the road - which we thoroughly enjoyed. Our friends were taken with Tassie’s beauty and tranquility too. The outside area is well fenced and our dog thoroughly enjoyed her stay as well. Would thoroughly recommend Amy’s place, you won’t be disappointed. Thankyou Amy for providing such great accommodation, a credit to you. Will not hesitate to recommend you to our friends and family. Lovely house with beautiful views and cosy wood heater as well as reverse cycle air-conditioning. Spacious lounge and deck with plenty of seating. Beds were comfy with warm doonas and extra blankets if needed. would definitely stay again.

What a soul soother! This is an incredible find. We were only here for 1 night but we wish it could’ve been longer. Fabulous, smart design. Falling asleep to the sound of the sea. Stars for da(ze). Aine is super communicative and proactive. And the pantry staples are a delight. Very grateful that this stop has been a part of our journey 💫

We had an amazing stay at Jack's place. Such an incredible view and perfect place to spend peaceful and quality time. We had great experience staying close to beach, enjoyed our bbq with hot pit in such a calm place. Specially the view is spectacular and such a lovely home to relax and enjoy the view. I would love to come back and stay there another time.

We had a fantastic stay at Opossum Bay. The place was beautifully presented with high-quality amenities throughout—nothing cheap or nasty here! Everything felt thoughtfully chosen and well cared for. We made good use of the BBQ and pizza oven, and loved going for walks to the nearby rec park. The whole experience was relaxing and memorable. Would absolutely recommend!

Exactly what we were looking for after 2 weeks traveling around Tassie in our van. Private, relaxing, right on the beach with the most amazing views and sounds of the waves right outside our window. We loved our stay in this immaculate home. This was our second holiday in South Arm, and certainly not the last. The house was clean and well stocked for a comfortable stay. We loved the sounds of the ocean and access to the beach is short and easy. It's so near perfect, my only wish would be a rug or mat, as the home has very little in soft furnishings. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this home!

You come here for the view.. It's breathtaking. You wake up and the ocean view makes you feel so relaxed. The kitchen has everything you need. Amazing fridge. Very fast and powerful induction stove made cooking easy. Rooms were comfortable clean and has heating from AC if needed. Toilets are super clean and good showers. Lots of sitting areas. We sat outside many evenings to watch sunsets. Walk to beach directly fr house was jus 2-3mins away. Peaceful and quiet! WiFi has good connection.

This beautiful beach house is exactly what you need if you're looking to completely relax. Deborah has made the space cosy, gorgeous decor, and lots of lovely touches to make the stay one ro remember. Being so close to the beach is amazing. I highly recommend this property, I can't wait to come back 😊

Beyond amazing. Beautiful location and siting of the building. Wonderful framed views. Beautiful sunlight. Lots of seating. Comfortable beds. We saw an echidna, pademelon and quoll on the property. We took lovely walks and watched the changing weather from the windows. Our stay was an unforgettable experience.

A beautiful property with stellar Harbour views. A short Uber to the airport and Salamanca, so a great option for large groups and short stays.

Ben’s place in Deep Bay is wonderful, the location is truly stunning. We stayed there for three nights for a family reunion and loved it. Some of the elder family members did have a few issues, such as Ben lives on site and came into his office at 10:30pm, shining a light into the bedroom. There are a few little quirks such as no coffee, sugar, or oil, and an oven that doesn’t fit a lot of the dishes available, but it was still a wonderful stay.

We were traveling as a family group of ten and this house accommodated us so well. The location is so beautiful and we loved exploring the local region and then coming home to wander the beach each evening. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive and helpful
