Waterfront vacation rentals in South Bruny

A must stay in Kingston beach! A perfect location with gorgeous accommodation. Could not recommend it enough. The flat was beautiful and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Having that beautiful bay at the front door really was spectacular. Positioned toward the end of a quiet culdesac and right across the Rd from the water, made for a relaxed and peaceful stay for our little family. Having the kids dvd’s was a winner for our kids to enjoy some relax time after big day. We wanted to stay longer for the amazing location that it was!

our family stay at Bruny every Easter, Kerri-Louise and Steve's place was perfect for our group of 8. we booked both units and had plenty of room for all of us. ocean view was a bonus, and easy walk to the shop, bowls club and quiet corner meant we had everything we need for another perfect Easter at Bruny.

A stay at The Bowmont has been on our bucket list for some time and it did not disappoint. Arriving in the late afternoon we drifted up the staircase and instantly felt at home in the beautiful apartment. The attention to detail is exceptional and each room is beautifully layered to tell its own story. Michelle & Leo are wonderful & thoughtful hosts. From the delicious breakfast supplies to the clipboard with detailed information on Franklin and the surrounding area, so much thought has been put into providing an exceptional stay. We especially loved the homemade jam! Thank-you for having us, we can’t wait to visit again. Sarah & Peter

I loved the personal and thoughtful touches in this accommodation. It's like walking into a friendly home. Lots of plants, interesting books, useful pantry items and calming colour scheme. It was just exactly where I needed it to be.

On the rocks was fantastic. Deb is a great communicator. A beautiful place to stay. Clean, bright and spacious - the furniture was comfy. Bed was great. A home away from home. View was amazing. Loved the animals and birds. I would highly recommend. 5 star stay. We were totally impressed.

The communication leading up to and during the stay was top notch. House was immaculately clean and the location was absolutely amazing. Beautiful water view from the front and close to the location shop. Can't wait to come back here again.

The bush setting , the water views, the design and fit out are all top notch . Private and tranquil . We appreciated the expresso coffee machine ( and local beans in generous supply ) and other welcoming touches . Everything has been thought of in this immaculately presented house . Really lovely home located in a stunning part of the world. Adventure Bay is no longer a secret & completely worth the effort of visiting. Nina’s home is directly across the road from one of the most stunning beaches in Tassie & close to excellent bush walks. Immaculate home, fully equipped kitchen. Lovely bathroom, beds and linen. You’ll find a cool outdoor shower post beach swim and a swing set out the back for the kids. Thanks Nina, it was just what we needed!

Amazing stay at Wina’s place. Secluded bush retreat right next to the water and walking tracks. We were a group of all ages and there was something for everyone. Very well appointed - we cooked lots of meals and it had every utensil we needed! Thanks for having us.

Robyn’s place is absolutely beautiful- the location, outlook, lots of birds and right on the water. The children loved finding so much life on the shore of the water in the afternoons. The house is super toasty- the use of glass through the home traps the warmth in without need to use heating (in April). Everything you need to prepare a meal or there are a few options for uber eats if you would rather not cook. Super short drive to Lauderdale with groceries, cafes etc.

Quiet and peaceful. Everything you need for a fully self-contained stay. Some nice touches.

We really enjoyed our stay at Caroline’s. The location is wonderful with lots of peace and quiet and spectacular views. Drinks on the Little Deck watching the sun set was a highlight, as was seeing a whale go past! We would definitely return.
