Poloha bytu dobrá v blízkosti obchodů i centra ČB. U panelového domu se dalo bez obtíží zaparkovat. Paní Kata velmi rychle odpovídala na zprávy a celkově se zajímala - komunikace výborná. Byt je větší s krásně velkou koupelnou a vybavenou kuchyní.

Velmi děkujeme za ubytování. Vše nám bylo s předstihem podrobně popsáno, ubytování je v kŕasném novém bytě. Byt má veškeré potřebné vybavení, dokonce i schůdky k umyvadlu a nočník! Moc se nám líbilo a určité se rádi vrátíme. Děkujeme!

Wir als Familie haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles benötigte war da, es war prima sauber! Gerne wieder!

Hatten super schöne Tage dort, aber viele Wanderungen sind doch ein Stück entfernt, Auto notwendig

Wir waren sehr begeistert von der schönen Einrichtung der Unterkunft, sowie von ihrer Lage und alles andere im Umkreis der Ferienwohnung. Man hatte viele Aktivitäten, sowie einen Pool oder direkten Zugang zum Meer. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und die Unterkunft ist sehr weiterzuempfehlen.

Ubytování v bytovém domě splnilo naše očekávání. Infra sauna nám skvěle posloužila k regeneraci před dalším cyklovíletem. Velmi seriózní jednání majitele.

Wir waren das erste Mal in Cesky Krumlov und es hat uns da sehr gut gefallen. Es ist eine tolle und sehenswerte Stadt mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Positiv war die Unterkunft von Aneta&David. Ein sehr schönes umgebautes Haus am Rande der Altstadt. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuss im Zentrum. Das Haus ist gemütlich und es ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt und die vier Tage da genossen. Wir würden sofort wieder dahin gehen.

A highly recommended place to stay. Beautiful apartment with all necessary facilities provided. Extremely kind and helpful host who always replies quickly to any queries. Access to many lovely areas. Top marks from us, we really enjoyed our stay here.

What a wonderful find! It's cozy and comfortable and the hosts have provided lots of homey touches and comforts. The wood-burning stove was so great. The place has a country feel, but is furnished with modern, stylish and comfortable furniture and decor. The beds were super comfortable, fresh and clean, warm and cozy. Kitchen fully equipped and everything I needed was there. There are interesting sights nearby and lots of places to walk. The sheep were lambing - so peaceful to see them starting to frolic in the fields! Beautiful views from the house. I highly recommend - great value and a great find!

Gabriela war eine super Gastgeberin. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war alles vorhanden, wie beschrieben. Das Wasserfass war das Highlight für Alle!

We hebben een heerlijke midweek gehad in de prachtige Boheemse boerderij van Pavol. Je komt via een oude poort op de binnenplaats. Daar heb je toegang tot de beide verblijven. De kinderen sliepen in het mooie appartement op de eerste verdieping met schitterende badkamer en eigen keuken (en twee slaapkamers). Wij sliepen beneden in ook een prachtig appartement. De tuin is prachtig en eindeloos groot. Je loopt zo de natuur in. De herten staan achterin de tuin. Er is altijd zon en schaduw. De hangmatten zijn heerlijk. Ten slotte kon onze dochter piano spelen in een groot atelier dat in de schuur is gemaakt. Communicatie met Pavol was heel fijn. Kortom, echte aanrader. Praag op 2 uur rijden Cesky Krumlov op 75 minuten Grote en goede supermarkt op 14 minuten

Ďakujeme za možnosť ubytovať sa a úplne súhlasíme s ostatnými pozitívnymi hodnoteniami - od komunikácie s majiteľom, cez super vybavený a čistý domček, peknú kľudnú záhradu s nádherným výhľadom na západ slnka až po krásnu okolitú prirodu. Určite doporučujeme a radi sa vrátime. Obzvlášť perfektné pre rodiny s deťmi - detské ihrisko, oplotena zahrada, majitelia nám poskytli aj detskú postieľku a stoličku a dokonca aj hračky a knižky :)

Skvělý hostitel a super ubytování hned vedle Žižkovo Náměstí, restaurací a baru. Doporučuji!

Hezký moderně zařízený apartmán s oddělenou ložnicí na super místě. Dostatek míst k parkování, vše po ruce.

Ein kleines Paradies.:) Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt.Richard ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das Apartment ist ein absoluter Traum und die Sauna rundet alles ab. In der Umgebung gibt es schöne Wanderwege und auch tolle Restaurant, die fussläufig erreichbar sind.Hier kann man definitiv entspannen und zur Ruhe kommen.
