Imagine waking up to the sound of birds, seeing the sunrise and distant hills from your bed, drinking tea from wild herbs and spring water, and watching the stars at night.

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

Unusual van with beatufiul view of nature/castle

Maringotka (caravan) Alfons has got a great history. At first, maringotka had travelled a hundreds kilometers with Berousek’s circus, where its aim was to be a “home on the wheels” and few years after that it became unfashionable and was parked for some more time. Despite the bad time, it quickly had found its new owner and a lot of admirers in a year 2015, when it was given as a birthday present. Nowadays, marignotka is a beautiful caravan in countryside with great view on Lipnice castle.

Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

A new and equipped cottage with a covered porch in a quiet location on the edge of the Ratmírov Pond. There's a smaller annex from the back of the cottage where you can store your bikes. Inside there is a stove top, kettle, built-in refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning/electric heating, TV. Dog fee 150,- /night Around the cottage is a large grassy property and a fence. Beautiful architecture full of exceptional design and comfort, where there is a spacious shower, toilet, kitchenette and Finnish sauna. A heated wooden barrel - hot tub awaits guests outside. Everything is completely secluded, in the peace and quiet of the Šumava foothills.

Tiny house umístěný na jedinečném místě, v sochařském Arboretu nebo-li v magické zahradě. Ideální příležitost k ničím nerušenému odpočinku i aktivně strávené dovolené v srdci malebné přírody Vysočiny. Vhodné místo na dovolenou pro rodinu, kde děti nebudou mít nouzi o zábavu, ale i pro páry, které si chtějí užít sami sebe, sport, romantiku anebo jen relaxovat a poslouchat zvuky přírody. Nově máme také finskou saunu (za doplatek) s výhledem do magické zahrady :-)

Fishing hut in the heart of nature

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and pond, where time passes more slowly. In the morning, you can enjoy a quiet breakfast on the terrace, a boat ride, refresh yourself under the solar shower during the day and relax in a hammock overlooking the sunset. In the evening, you will be warmed by a crackling fireplace or an open-air fireplace, while bats fly quietly overhead. Ideal place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

Our chats

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.

Escape to nature and stay in our caravan equipped with a kitchenette with a fridge, bed, a bathroom and a toilet. We are in the heart of the beautiful Šumava nature near the ski slope in Zadov and with a beautiful view of the valley. The accommodation is ideal for relaxation, hiking, mountain biking or skiing and all winter fun in winter.
