Our new house is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. With us you will find everything you need for a carefree stay. The quiet location of the gardening colony, the proximity of the river and almost 100% darkness that will make your sleep more pleasant. We will lend you a canoe, paddleboard or 2 bicycles for free. You can spend the evenings by the fireplace or by the widescreen TV with a movie. The stay can also be enlivened by a turntable on which you can reminisce about the old days. In good weather, we rent our motorboat, which anyone can drive. Dogs are welcome.

Chata in Lužnice

Sit on the terrace and watch the river. All day long. Or you can walk in the woods for hours and hours. Or go to the castle. Actually, to two. Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape and relax. Newly refurbished the cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed and single bed. The open plan ground floor has floor to ceiling windows with a view of the lake, a fireplace, full kitchen, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

The cottage is located directly on the shore of the pond Dvořiště and has its own private entrance to the water. The cottage has two separately accessible apartments. Each of the apartments can accommodate up to 7 people. The entrance to the water is gradual, the bottom is sandy. Windsurfing is allowed on the pond. There are two canoes, a table tennis table including bats and balls. Right next to the cottage there is a fireplace with the possibility of grilling on a lava stone.
