Beautiful romantic place. If you're looking for something in the woods, by the water, this is absolutely perfect. The house is really big, comfortable, well-equipped. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. BBQ grill ready on the deck, overlooking the water from the bedrooms. Very helpful host. We loved it here and would definitely recommend.

The apartment meets all conceivable expectations. We have not previously stayed in such a fully furnished, modern apartment - everything is there: microwave, 2! refrigerators, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, glasses and dishes for every purpose in more than sufficient numbers, fully equipped kitchen in which many spices and consumables (such as tabs for the dishwasher) were also available. In addition, little things as a special service: a night light, cotton swabs and cosmetic pads in the bathroom, four large umbrellas in the wardrobe… Everything is nicely decorated with sense and reason. In short: everything is fine. But the highlight for us in January was: the beautiful oven, with which you could make yourself really comfortable. There were only three of us, but the apartment has eight beds. It could get tight at the table in the kitchen - but I'm sure Jitka has a good solution for that too.

We were very comfortable in Michal's lovely house, which had a real homely and individual feel. He was a very helpful host and all was perfect with the property. The house is very handy for the motorway but far enough not to hear it. There are some lovely woodland walks nearby. The location was excellent for visiting Prague, Zvikov, Cesky Krumlov, Humpolec, Pelhrimov and Kutna Hora. We were sad to leave but take with us many great memories and photos.

A very beautiful cottage with three bathrooms and three toilets, which was amazing with more people. I highly recommend this place.

A beautiful house located right on the lake, access is easily possible. The house is perfect for families with kids, there are many different options for all ages. The amenities themselves are upscale and in great condition. Charcoal grill and sauna are also available. A parking space for one car is available directly at the house, additional parking spaces are about 100 meters away. The entire complex is very well maintained and in excellent condition. We would book again anytime, absolute recommendation. Communication was possible at any time and without problems.

I highly recommend to stay here. The apartment is nice and cozy, has a view to the beautiful lake. The area is amazing and ideal for walking and have a good rest. The Host is very nice person. Definitely will come back.

Eric's place is really nice. you have a great view at the lake and a lot of sun all day. enough room for 4 people. also the pool was very clean. we will come again for sure :)

We had the best time! We stayed for one week and enjoyed everything about the apartment! The view and location right by the lake is at its best! We went for skiing in Lipno + Austria, which was perfectly doable from Frymburk. We were provided with a storage unit for our outdoor equipment and could park right in front of it, which made it fairly easy for us! The apartment is spacious, modern, clean + well equipped. Michal and his dad are very friendly and welcoming! What we didn't see coming: they offered daily breakfast per request and even accommoadated with vegan options. They really went out of their way to be the perfect hosts! we'd come bac The spa/wellness area is in a different building but easily accessible. You need to put in a reservation beforehand and get a preheated sauna, warm water in the hot tub, lounge music and a cozy atmosphere! higly recommended! I could mention more aspects which make the place very worthwhile but let's leave it at that: it's a 5/5! We'd come back

The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need. Rarely have we experienced such a clean space. We felt completely comfortable. Eliane and Sandro are super friendly, respond very quickly and we got a great tour to the bison. We were very satisfied! :)

David's house is a hidden treasure. The simple, clean and smart modern architecture of the house on one side set in the slope and on the other side by a total glazing open to the garden is not only visually attractive, but the house gives plenty of light, sun, air and cool even in the hot summer. The great design of the house and its amenities are embedded in a breathtaking garden including a natural pool. The house and garden are simply wow and the connection of modern design, architecture, and nature is like a textbook. Great communication with David, who was always ready to respond or vegetables available in the garden, are the cherry on the cake. We spent here with my wife and our pointer who worked perfectly in the huge and rugged garden, just three days, but we definitely want to come back if we can. David is a great host and his place is definitely one of the absolute best places I've ever been through Airbnb. I recommend 100%.

The accommodation is as described, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The sauna is a very nice plus and easy to use. The beds could be a little more comfortable, but it suited us. located 15 minutes from the Obri-Hrac hike, which offers a nice view. Higher than the accommodation, within walking distance, also another very nice walk. 1 hour from Cesky Krumlov, which is really worth visiting. Responsive hosts, but inquire ahead of time about the possibilities of activities in the area. Shared washing machine with the other listing.

The place was great, even more beautiful than in the photos. It was very clean and tidy. Bedrooms were lovely. Someone came by twice a day and heated it up. If anyone is wondering now if there was possibly no warm water at times or if it gets cold in the accommodation, I can give the all-clear. It was never cold, we always had hot water (13 people, including 4 children). The lady who came to heat the room was very friendly and always very careful not to attract attention. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. All in all, we were more than thrilled. It couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back at any time. We had booked three nights in house no. 15 of the Lipno Club for the last weekend in August 2024. We found the house to be very, very pleasant for our family of 8 (4 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 toddlers) including a dog, which was accommodated in a portable doghouse. There was plenty of parking space for our two cars. The extremely informative support from Petr was very good. He even provided us with a children's travel bed upon request. The house was fully satisfactorily equipped with all appliances and kitchen facilities and very well maintained. Everything worked out just fine. The location on the edge of the forest was very pleasant, as was the short distance to the lake. Overall it was very quiet there, with lots of nature around us and friendly staff. Too bad that a sauna was located directly on our back wall and was loudly shared by our neighbors. They strutted across our terrace while we grilled our dinner!

We were there with 8 adults and 2 kids of 2 and 3 years old. The house is very beautiful and the surrounding is more than beautiful and peaceful. It’s a very private place with Perfect heated pool, plenty of gaming options for both kids and adults. We strongly recommend this place for families with kids and who is looking for a private scenic and calm place to stay.
