Vacation rentals with a fireplace in South Bohemian Region

Gabriela was a super hostess. Very friendly and helpful. Everything was there as described. The water barrel was the highlight for everyone!

A wonderful place to unwind from the daily hustle and bustle. A place to stay, from towel to chips for the fireplace. The surroundings of the chalet are suitable for long walks or riding a bike. Around the circle, there are flat forest paths through beautiful nature. Highly recommend to visit 😍

We were greeted by Hana and a lovely garden. Unfortunately, it was raining and cold, but before I returned to the room, they lit the fireplace. And also I liked the view from the window. The bus centre and the old city are also within walking distance. Hana recommended good cafes and restaurants. Thank you, Hana and Peter.

It was just a wonderful week in a beautiful house. We've all felt right at home Our highlight was the sauna and the Jacuzzi. It was like a wellness vacation. 👌🤗 The surroundings were also very nice. Lots of nature and beautiful hiking trails and many big cities can be reached by car in an hour. František was very nice, answered some questions very quickly, the check-in with key box was totally straightforward. Thanks František for your mega house🥹🥹 we will be back.

Veronika's house corresponded exactly to the description. We felt equally comfortable with two families. The house was new, tasteful, it had everything we needed. Many excursions nearby and a very beautiful landscape. Veronika was always quickly available for our concerns, friendly communication.

Nice clean place in a quiet place with a great view. Such a nice design house :). The upstairs net was entertaining the kids a lot. Nearby is a divine pond with sandy beaches, which is definitely worth it in the warmer months. I recommend.

A very nice place to stay. I didn't need the fireplace, but it was so well prepared that I only had to light it. Kamil is also helpful and responsive.

Everything was great. The flat is big enough for 5 people. Restaurants and the lake are not far away only a short walk. Everything was perfect and Tomáš was really nice!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place is beautiful, modern, clean, and as a bonus a stove that gives the right atmosphere. Great amenities, we really didn't miss anything. If you are looking for Lipno activities, there is a short walk, if you are looking for a more peaceful relaxation, you will also find it. The owner is a very accommodating lady, we were able to check in early, which we really appreciated in the winter months. We'd love to come back, thanks :)

Thank you for a nice place to stay, in a quiet environment and with a beautiful view. The only thing we would say was the dust and minor clutter on the floor. Otherwise, everything was fine. Cleanly covered, clean bathroom and kitchen. Well-equipped kitchen, super fireplace with simple control. All the instructions were beautifully described in the instruction book for the accommodation. Thank you to Erik for his care and action. We recommend on summer days so you can use the pool as well. We had the best time! We stayed for one week and enjoyed everything about the apartment! The view and location right by the lake is at its best! We went for skiing in Lipno + Austria, which was perfectly doable from Frymburk. We were provided with a storage unit for our outdoor equipment and could park right in front of it, which made it fairly easy for us! The apartment is spacious, modern, clean + well equipped. Michal and his dad are very friendly and welcoming! What we didn't see coming: they offered daily breakfast per request and even accommoadated with vegan options. They really went out of their way to be the perfect hosts! we'd come bac The spa/wellness area is in a different building but easily accessible. You need to put in a reservation beforehand and get a preheated sauna, warm water in the hot tub, lounge music and a cozy atmosphere! higly recommended! I could mention more aspects which make the place very worthwhile but let's leave it at that: it's a 5/5! We'd come back

David's house is a hidden treasure. The simple, clean and smart modern architecture of the house on one side set in the slope and on the other side by a total glazing open to the garden is not only visually attractive, but the house gives plenty of light, sun, air and cool even in the hot summer. The great design of the house and its amenities are embedded in a breathtaking garden including a natural pool. The house and garden are simply wow and the connection of modern design, architecture, and nature is like a textbook. Great communication with David, who was always ready to respond or vegetables available in the garden, are the cherry on the cake. We spent here with my wife and our pointer who worked perfectly in the huge and rugged garden, just three days, but we definitely want to come back if we can. David is a great host and his place is definitely one of the absolute best places I've ever been through Airbnb. I recommend 100%.

The accommodation is as described, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The sauna is a very nice plus and easy to use. The beds could be a little more comfortable, but it suited us. located 15 minutes from the Obri-Hrac hike, which offers a nice view. Higher than the accommodation, within walking distance, also another very nice walk. 1 hour from Cesky Krumlov, which is really worth visiting. Responsive hosts, but inquire ahead of time about the possibilities of activities in the area. Shared washing machine with the other listing.

The place was great, even more beautiful than in the photos. It was very clean and tidy. Bedrooms were lovely. Someone came by twice a day and heated it up. If anyone is wondering now if there was possibly no warm water at times or if it gets cold in the accommodation, I can give the all-clear. It was never cold, we always had hot water (13 people, including 4 children). The lady who came to heat the room was very friendly and always very careful not to attract attention. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. All in all, we were more than thrilled. It couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back at any time. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The arrangement and check-in went smoothly. Everything was set up perfectly. Host communicated quickly. From the photos it looked a bit like it was complete solitude, but it is not. There are two other houses in the immediate vicinity. One is even attached directly to the place of stay. By mistake, my children and I used the playground on the property, which was no longer a host, and the neighbor ran out on us. Otherwise, everything was OK

We had booked three nights in house no. 15 of the Lipno Club for the last weekend in August 2024. We found the house to be very, very pleasant for our family of 8 (4 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 toddlers) including a dog, which was accommodated in a portable doghouse. There was plenty of parking space for our two cars. The extremely informative support from Petr was very good. He even provided us with a children's travel bed upon request. The house was fully satisfactorily equipped with all appliances and kitchen facilities and very well maintained. Everything worked out just fine. The location on the edge of the forest was very pleasant, as was the short distance to the lake. Overall it was very quiet there, with lots of nature around us and friendly staff. Too bad that a sauna was located directly on our back wall and was loudly shared by our neighbors. They strutted across our terrace while we grilled our dinner!
