A magical place, hard to imagine until you see it with your own eyes. A lane in the old city leads to a gate. The gate door opens, and you are welcomed into Veronika’s very special world. With its own bridge over rushing water, the house is situated almost on a mini-peninsula of its own onto the Vltava River, the river which has made Cesky Krumlov. A 17th century house awaits you, full of so much character, a combination of its rich history, and the special touch Veronika has left on every corner of the house. At night you will sleep in room where not one, but two sides open to the sound of running water, especially during warm months when windows can stay open on all sides. Then there is the host, a polyglot who has seen the world and gives life much thought. If you prefer perfect right angles, white ironed sheets, and a generic hotel experience, this is not your place. If you want to stay in a place that leaves a mark on you, then this is the one for you.

Fantastische locatie op loopafstand van het meer. Voor de kinderen zijn daar genoeg dingen te doen zoals trampolines, speeltuin, waterfietsen etc. Het appartement is in de buurt van verschillende uitstapjes in de omgeving. Het appartement is modern en schoon en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het tuinmeubilair heeft wel wat aandacht nodig, maar verder top!

Mieszkanie w samym centrum miejscowości, bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Mieszkanie czyste i schludne.

Super odlehlé místo, odpočinete si od města. Výletů je v v blízkosti mnoho. Příjemní hostitelé,moc se nám tam líbilo.

Ubytovanie rozhodne odporúčam. Všetko bolo skvelé, čisté a veľmi priestranné. Pani Jana je veľmi milá a priateľská hostiteľka. Apartmán je ešte krajší ako na foto. Pohodlné postele, tichá lokalita pod lesom ideálna na odpočinok od stresu. Český Krumlov je 1 zastávku vlakom. Pobyt sme si užili a určite sa vrátime. Ďakujeme.

Ubytování je skvělé a pro rodinu s dětmi naprosto dokonalé. Moc se nám líbilo a určitě jsme nebyli naposledy. Skvělá komunikace s majitelkou a výborný servis 😊

The flat is really awesome. Everything is designed for your personal comfort and really as described in the offer, everything perfect. Even the garage parking lot is wide for bigger cars. There are also restaurants in the MOLO complex, very delicious and nice. So overall we had been 100% satisfied.

Nas urzekła cisza, spokój, wiejska okolica z czystym powietrzem. Mieszkanie jest wyposażone w to co może przydać się podczas podróży. Możliwe jest korzystanie z ogrodu. My byliśmy tylko na jedną noc natomiast mogę polecić aby zostać dłużej.

Such a picturesque location in Kaspersky Hory with views to the surrounding hills and forests in, the Sumava. There are two apartments on offer, I guess its possible with a bigger group to take both... We had the main spacious apartment which was fully kitted out with washing machine, kitchen, bathroom balcony and with lots of space for little ones to roam, an abundance of toys and spaces for toddlers inside and outside a little playground with a sand pit - Hana was so helpful, bubbly, friendly and accommodating! Cheers!

Krásné ubytování v klidné lokalitě. Zároveň nedaleko vlakové zastávky, ideální lokalita pro výlety- jak pěší, tak cyklo. Apartmán byl čistý, vybaven vším co bylo třeba. Miroslav byl dobrým hostitelem, na zprávy reagoval okamžitě.

Very clean and cozy place. Place is in quiet and peaceful area. Close by stream helps relaxation. Host is very responsive and also very kind. Had a great experience!

Jana was so nice to wait for us in very cold night and to help us to accomplish the check in. The apartment is very good for a big family with parents and children, and located not far from the old town Krumlov. There are enough free parking space that is important for people who come by driving. Thank you Jana again.

Magdalena is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable at her place. She adores kids and can give good tips what to do in the area. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool, toys and a spacious garden. We had a great time and felt warmly accepted :). We would recommend the apartment for those looking for either active or peaceful holiday away from the bustle of a city.

Ein paar schöne Tage zur Weihnachtszeit mit der Familie. Alles in allem sehr gut verlaufen, tolles Wetter mit Schnee, viele Möglichkeiten die Gegend zu erkunden und am Abend die eigene Sauna zu besuchen. Im Ort gibt es mehre kleine Lebensmittelläden für den täglichen Bedarf. Ein kleines und feines Skigebiet mit Lift ist schnell erreichbar.

Klidná chaloupka u lesa, na oploceném pozemku, vjezd i vchod přes elektronicky ovládaná vrata, naprosté soukromí, jen sdílená zahrada s hosty v horním patře chalupy (ale o nich jsme prakticky nevěděli, naopak jsme byli rádi, že nejsme úplně sami). Využili jsme ubytování na cyklo výlety na sever do Brd, které byly skoro liduprázdné, v červenci! Využili jsme i tipy od ubytovatele (Houpák, Tři Trubky, lom na koupání). Asi 20 km na jih do Blatné (zámek, daňci, lihovar a pivovar).

Iva's little palace is wonderful. She has beautifully restored this little gem. Iva is a great host who speaks English very well. Even though the apartment is relatively expensive if you use it as a single traveller, it is an amazing venue, which I recommend without any restrictions.

Ubytování bylo krásné a čisté, vše odpovídalo popisu. Okolí je příjemné, hned u rybníka, kde se dalo projet na loďce. S hostitelem byla dobrá komunikace. Ubytování doporučujeme. Děkujeme za hezkou dovolenou.

Na miejscu miło nas przywitała Iva ze swoim partnerem. Miejsce w którym się zatrzymalismy jak i cała okolica jest przepiękna. Idealne miejsce jako baza wypadowa do bliższych jak i dalszych atracji. Polecamy serdecznie to miejsce
