Places to stay in South Bend

This was the PERFECT spot for my weekend with teens in Long Beach. I took my soon to be 14 year old and two friends. The bunk room was perfect for them, and I enjoyed hiding myself away in my comfy room with the nice TV. Kitchen open design was also great while I was cooking and teens were buzzing around snacking constantly. 5 star location too. Walk to the beach and town was quick. Several good restaurants less than 5 minutes walking.

I would recommend staying at Starry Night. It is a great location walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. I appreciated the snacks and drinks. The bed was comfortable. The fireplace made the room cozy. Cabin #2 is perfect for 1 person or a couple. Very private and relaxing.

We have stayed at the crab shack multiple times and can’t wait to return. The house is perfect for our family of three. The kitchen is well stocked and pristine. The furniture was recently updated. The beds are comfy. I swear that king bed is bigger than my own! The house is so close to everything, the prom and downtown, and all the restaurants. We can park the car and just walk to everything. Christina and Kevin are super responsive and always so kind. This is our go to home on the Oregon coast!

This stay was absolutely perfect! The location couldn't be better—just a short walk to the beach and great shops. The room was cozy and inviting, with a fireplace that made for the perfect relaxing evenings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We loved every moment and will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay. we were looking to get away from the city and enjoy some peace a quiet and that is exactly what we got. the area was beautiful and the view from the porch was spectacular. the home was clean and organized, the sheets were soft and the bathroom was spotless. would definitely stay again.

If you're scrolling through reviews and trying to figure out where's the best place to book, stop scrolling and book this place. Had a big group, 10+, and we were all quite comfortable. The kitchen was great, the fireplace was awesome, the furniture was a winner, and after you got used to the wood paneling that every wall is covered with, the whole atmosphere was just something you really got into. Plus, there were a ton of games in a closet, the Ring Toss on the wall was an instant hit with the little ones, the beds were comfortable, and there IS central air if you need it. It's easily walkable to the beach, you're a short hop to public parking for the Boardwalk, Safeway is a 3 minute drive, you're seriously set up in the place. If there is a single down-side, it's this... it sleeps 10+, and there are two bathrooms. :-D Careful scheduling is sometimes needed! :-D Host was responsive and the whole experience was amazing. Rent. This. Place.
