I loved my two nights here in South Bend. Babina’s place is ideal if you’re going to a show at the nearby theatre and she was very helpful and communicated well. Her house was spotless and the bed was comfortable. I’ll request to stay here if I return to South Bend.

This was a great place to stay for our first trip to South Bend and Notre Dame. I felt exceptionally safe. The apartment was very comfortable for my husband and I. Once I got the hang of the key fob, entrance to the garage, elevator and room was easy.

Absolutely, than expected. Such a wonderfully quiet place right in the middle of town. Well appointed, and so clean. Secure building and grounds. What I love the most was how walkable it was to the many parks, the riverwalk, and local restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome unit beyond our expectations and David was an excellent host! Very close to the beach and all that new buffalo has to offer. David was always very responsive and proactive to all of our questions. Definitely recommend and looking forward to our next stay there again!

Apartment was clean and had a great kitchen and bathroom. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Felt very safe (multiple code locked doors to access apartment). Parking is strictly enforced.

Nice little home with a great backyard for the kids to run around in. Comfortable patio furniture so that the adults could relax for a minute while watching the kids. Thank you for providing a comfortable home for our stay!

Michele was great to communicate with and running into her was a plus! For a girl's retreat, this was nice to relax and decompress. Having tvs and temp controls in each room and also in the shared space was so nice. The open layout was welcoming and comfortable. I personally appreciated having a coffee pot and pods fully supplied was nice and she communicated it clearly. Thank you!

home was very clean and quiet area we enjoyed our stay the whole weekend we just wish the beds was softer but we would definitely book again

We were grateful to stay at Adam's beautiful house. It was large enough for our family of nine to have their own room/bed, which hasn't always been the case for our ND football weekends. The house was clean and comfortable and met all of our needs. We were also appreciative of the family treats that Adam and his family left for us, which we all enjoyed! Best of all the Irish dominated Wake Forest 45-7 and our family received the ND Alumni Association Tailgate of the Week Award on Saturday, so a win...win...win for the entire weekend. Thanks Adam and Go Irish!

Mike is a fabulous host. He has thought of everything to make you feel right at home. The location is very quiet and safe.

Grand Beach Escape’s went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. From the spotless rooms to the thoughtful touches, everything was perfect. They were incredibly communicative and always available to answer our questions. They made our stay so smooth and enjoyable. My granddaughter is autistic and doesn’t like change but she felt right at home here. They even did regular maintenance on their golf cart so we could use it while we were there! We'd love to stay here again!

Beautiful, clean home close to lots of wineries. We stayed for a bachelorette party and had a great time. Host went above and beyond to put up a few decorations for the party and make suggestions for where we should go while we were here. Highly recommend.
