The furniture was created by hand using local and eco-friendly materials or renovated old pieces. There is a King size bed with super comfortable mattress and premium quality pillows, a work desk with a library, a sofa that turns into a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The large industrial style windows open directly space to the veranda where our guest could enjoy their lunch or relax to the deck chairs with an unrestricted view to a central soothing square In spacious bathroom, you will find a big shower and a storage space with many extra amenities and comfort facilities like washing machine, hairdryer, first aid kit and toweling. The space has high-speed internet and is designed to be accessible for persons with special needs. Every space or supplies in my property are available to use. I allow a flexible arrival time best for my guests and also I m accessible frequently because of living and working in the neighborhood. But I prefer to respect your privacy so I let you know to contact me (sms, mail, phone) if you have any request or concerns. Also there is available a unique guide with various info’s and many tips for the city in order to facilitate you to self-manage your needs and discover the “genius loci” of the place. The apartment lies in the neighborhood of Psiri, one of the oldest districts of Athens around the rock of Acropolis. It’s on a quiet street next to a pedestrian area, with small squares where people gather to eat or shop from artisans or collectors. Walking distance (3-4 minutes) by metro stations of lines Monastiraki (line 1 & 3) and Thissio (line 1). Monastiraki station has a direct connection to the airport and to the Piraeus Port too. The apartment is just as described with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and large kitchen and living space. Very well-located and pleasant for sleeping and relaxing. As with many European buildings, the access to second floor apartments requires several flights of stairs, in this case, four. Elderly or mobility-compromised persons may find them challenging but we were very careful and cautious and had no real problems navigating them.

This was a great location to stay that wasn’t a far metro ride to the main attractions in Athens. We just had a little trouble getting in the first night because the code on the door wasn’t working. However, Ioannis was very responsive and was able to get us a key that we used for the duration of our stay! Definitely recommend.

Wonderful apartment! Alex was a great host, his apartment was in a wonderful location! We were able to use the Metro from the airport about a 55 minute trip and a 10 minute walk to the apartment. We visited Piraeus while there and were able to access via the Metro. The Acropolis and wonderful restaurants were all within a 20-25 minute walk. The space itself was well laid out with plenty of room! Don's miss the opportunity to stay here!

IMHO this was the best Airbnb we have stayed in since I became a member over 10 years ago. The host was immensely helpful with exhaustive set of information about the apartment and Athens, and he was very responsive. We used Constantine’s partner for Airport pickup and drop and that worked out extremely well. When we arrived, we were given a tour of everything inside the apartment. The place itself was perfect for our family, located in an excellent location relative to all the major attractions, peaceful, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend this Airbnb for Athens.

Bill and John’s flat worked out perfectly for us. Nicely appointed and tidy. Alex greeted us and checked us in a bit early. He is incredibly friendly and helpful — one of those people who is instantly likable. The location of the flat cannot be beat. Walking distance to everything that we wanted to do. I have never experienced water pressure as fabulous as the shower at this flat. Be careful when turning on the hot water because it gets unbelievably hot. Everything was perfect. The washing machine is very handy. There is not a dryer, but we were able to hang our clothes and they were dry the next morning. The kitchen is well appointed but you will probably go out to eat since there are lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood. The bedroom is on the backside of the flat and faces the incredibly quiet courtyard. The bed is very comfy. We would definitely stay here again, and will recommend it to our friends. P.S. There is a place on the next corner that sells the best baklava!
