I had a fantastic stay. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The check-in was smooth, and Rajat was very responsive and helpful. The space had everything I needed, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The response time was quick from the Host (Alan). Everything was perfect as shown and described. It was really a cute and small property free from disturbance, pollution and mesmerizing views during the sunset. I loved how patiently they built this house. Host proactive approach and smile just made my day. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and colleagues if they're planning to visit Cochin. You may also visit the Nearby Backwaters and fish farming ponds for sightseeing and boat ride. But the thing which I didn't like was the market for groceries is quite far, so you need to walk atleast 1-2 kms to get there. But keeping that aside I would recommend you just simply grab it. We had a great stay at Srushti’s place more so because Stushti proved to be an excellent host who handled all questions, concerns and requests efficiently and politely. The property was very clean and location wise was also in a very peaceful neighbourhood with easy access to nearby shops/convenience stores. Overall a great place for a family oriented peaceful staycation.

The place was amazing. A little miscommunication on the host’s part as the place is no smoking but the same is not listed on the listing page.

lovely location, you can just walk to the main roads to one of the biggest mall from where you can get a shared or personal ride to almost all tourist attractions in jaipur. host was really responsive and helpful. apartment was nice and clean

Best part was the Location and the View.❤️ Walkable distance from Mallroad. So your evening strolls become easier. View from the Balcony was breathtaking throughout the day, specially in the mornings. Kitchen was neatly maintained and well equipped for basic cooking. They had a little geyser for kitchen Sink also, which was much needed in the cold. Getting there is little tricky as Cars can't always reach near the building because of Vehicle restrictions and tiny roads. You have to walk a bit but it was easy. They also arranged a porter person to carry the luggage to the apartment while we arrived and also while we were checking out. My family absolutely loved the Stay.😍 Aniruddha was a great host. Always quick with responses and very well mannered. 👍🏻

It's a great pleasure to stay in the property. Ahmed is like a brother to me and he is the best host till now to me. We share a beautiful bond. He has helped me in lot of ways, has kept my requests and all the needy things whichever I have required at that point of time. I have stayed here for more than two months with my family and it has been a lovely homely experience. There are many restaurants nearby to this property at walkable distance. And I also want to thank Yousuf who is a Co-Host to this property. He's been there to look after your issues and get it solved as early as possible without any complaints. With love Thank You Bro

I’m giving this place 5 stars, but there are a few things to note. The two-bedroom apartment is clean, well-maintained, and has modern amenities. The host, who stays on the ground floor, is friendly and very helpful, even connecting us with a local E-rickshaw driver, which made getting around easier. However, there’s only one bathroom instead of the 1.5 baths mentioned in the listing. The location is quite far from the main road, making Uber/Ola difficult to find, and there are no grocery stores or restaurants nearby, so planning ahead is a must. Also, no hair dryer is provided. Overall, it’s a great stay with a wonderful host, but keep these things in mind while booking!
