Great vacation at this little house at the bottom of a beautiful and large fully enclosed garden, very well maintained and without any vis-à-vis. The pool is really nice. The house is clean, well arranged and functional. It is spacious enough for a family of 4. It is conveniently located, close to all amenities, restaurants, the beach and the city center, within walking or cycling distance for a small ice cream. Marina and David are very friendly. They are easily reachable and responsive when needed. We had the pleasure of getting to know Vanessa who is very kind and just as available and responsive if needed. We will return with the greatest pleasure.

little slice of heaven for a top stay! Extremely well-equipped mobile home with all the essentials, and more. There's even a large grocery store left for tenants! Not to mention board and outdoor games, cooking utensils, right down to tissues and blankets for cool evenings! In addition, everything was in a state of impeccable cleanliness. Lots of beautiful flowering plants and other decorations. It really feels like a cocoon. Océane and her family were very welcoming and responsive and we even each had a small gift on arrival! All in a very landscaped and very well maintained campsite offering many activities. Note that the nearest oyster hut is within walking distance! I recommend this rental 100%!!!

Happy with my family stay with my little cat at Mélanie and Benoit's,a bright ,clean ,functional quiet accommodation,and relaxing with everything nearby I didn't know Royan but we were able to do everything on foot and have a good time looking forward to coming back! We had a lovely stay with friends to celebrate the new year. We enjoyed the large kitchen and fireplace and the view from the main gite. Hot tub and sauna was a plus!

Despite a late arrival, Cindy took the time to show us the accommodation and we thank her for this attention, the accommodation is very nice, on sunny days it must be a pleasure to go there, for us it was a short stay so not had too much time to explore the surroundings, I recommend for those who love tranquility and good air.

Great house, perfect for cycling (10 min) to the sea. Quietly located. Very pleasant contact with many good tips. We didn't need a car for the whole holiday as we borrowed bikes. We would definitely come back.

We had a pleasant stay at Alexis' place. It is very well located , close to the tram, 5/10 min walk to the shopping center of Bègles ... and its market on Saturdays. Even if there is no parking and the accommodation is in the blue zone it is very easy to find parking spaces (outside the blue zone) on the surrounding streets. The accommodation is in a very quiet building and is well equipped for a week-long stay. We enjoyed and recommend this accommodation very close by tram to Bordeaux

Check-in via lockbox is easy. The house is situated in a backyard and is accessible by a quite narrow passage. We were in a BMW X3 and you have to maneuver a little to the driveway into the open garage, but it is doable. Since all the shopping, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance in less than 10 minutes, the car stopped all week. The house is relatively new and well built and equipped. The lower floor with living room and open kitchen has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and also a toilet and is equipped with floor heating. On the upper floor there is another double bedroom, one bedroom for up to 4 children with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom and a toilet. Here are electric radiators. There is a terrace with large table and chairs and also a gas grill. The house fully corresponds to the description. Valery visited us and personally welcomed us. All in all, great.
