Large and Bright dwelling. The place offers all kinds of comforts and accessories for the TV home equipped with the Netflix platform. completely independent entrance. Well-maintained cleaning and linens always available and sterilized in the professional laundry room. After the Covid emergency, we have decided to comply with the protocol given to us by Airbnb to contain Covid infections. Possibility upon request of Self check-in (we open the gate remotely). The Castello di Menaggio (former castle) is history. Traffic is restricted, so very quiet, with a great lake view. It has a large roof-top terrace and a balcony. A/C in main bedroom, full kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Common garden available (no dogs allowed in garden). A 5 minutes walk (downhill) to the center. Private parking, or ideal without a car. Absolutely no-smoking. Not even in the balcony or terrace. Town tourist tax of 3 €/person/day from March to Nov. payable on arrival.
