Vacation rentals with a patio in Sotra

Ana and her husband were always so helpful and responsive, the area was absolutely walkable (my fiancé and I even walked many km south to the stave church easily), and gave SUPER helpful advice about public transit, hikes, and restaurants! The area was also super calm, right near little markets and JaJa was much better than expected and so close :) thank you so much again! I would definitely stay there again, it’s so cozy and lovely (we even had a cute little cat visitor in the backyard, which was lovely to sit in as the sun set)!

This place is recommended. Located rural to the sheltered from noise. Light and find your way according to directions. Had a dog that wasn't a problem. The host had left a bag for four-legged that fell well in taste😎 Otherwise, clean and tidy and equipped with what you need👍

This was definitely a rare find. The apartment is beautiful and cozy, very very well equipped and spotless clean. Communication with Synnove was one of the best we ever had since using Airbnb and she made our stay worry-free. It’s very well located; walking distance to the station, supermarkets, funicular, coffee shops. Knowing that it’s common for the guests to make their own beds in Norway, we were pleasantly surprised to see they were already made for us upon arrival. Beds are very soft - we would’ve preferred them a bit more firm but still, our stay there was 5/5. Would definitely choose this apartment again if we return to Bergen.

Great location, very close to the light railway stop for the city and airport. The apartment is modern, warm and quiet. Make sure to check the list of amenities to see what you need to take with you.

very quiet neighborhood. in a beautiful wooden house in the old quarter. independent entrance. no noise from the owners who live on the upper floor. Everything you need is in the accommodation. Very well-equipped kitchen. Dining area. Functional bathroom. Comfortable living room. Nice room. Well heated. 10-minute walk to the port and Bryggen. 3 minutes from Backer brün café. You really feel at home. Johan does everything to make you feel good in the accommodation. We will come back without hesitation. He is a very welcoming host who takes care of the well-being of visitors.

I can’t say enough. Hands down best experience, location, and hosts! I would give 100 stars if I could! Do not visit Bergen without staying in the best location in historic Bergen with the most gracious hosts!

There is not enough to say how great Torstein! Great communicator, responses every question right away with detailed instructions. The place is excellent right in the center of everything. I mean EVERYTHING! Couldn’t be any happier to book this place. Only wish that I could give more stars!

Gitte’s house has a spectacular view of the fjord. Our family had a nice dinner at the dining room, enjoying the view and balcony. The house is clean and comfortable, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I am strongly recommending family to stay at this place when you visit Bergen.

rented the place for a business trip with colleagues, was perfect to rest after long days of work. The value for money for 3 or 4 people is great. The host was very proactive and friendly. I will probably come back some other time !

Perfectly located accommodation just 5 minutes from tram line 1. Easy parking nearby. It has two bedrooms, including a master suite upstairs, as well as a perfectly equipped office. The living room is welcoming and warm, and the kitchen fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The host is very responsive. I highly recommend it!

Great home for kids - our kids (6 and 9) had a blast. As did the adults. The tram is a few minutes from the front door, great location.

It was a beautiful place they have curated! Felt right at home. Each and every corner of the place was cozy and warm! If you are looking for a place thats quiet and peaceful and still just a bus ride away from the main city, this is the place to be!

A charming apartment where I did feel home away from home. You have everything you need even for a longer stay. Convenient location with a 10-15 minutes bus ride or a good 40ish minutes walk to the fish market; bus station & a grocery store near by. Yngvild is very responsive and accommodating. I recommend this place and would rent it again if I would go back to Bergen.

Stayed in this AirBnB for 4 nights with my family. The location was perfect in the student area with quiet streets but close to the port area, restaurants and the train station. We stayed comfortably and Tobias responded quickly and helpfully when we had questions. Really great place!

Good location for exploring Bergen close to waterfront. Supermarket is just around the corner and restaurants in close walking distance

This Airbnb has been the best one we've ever stayed in. The house is significantly more attractive than the pictures, spotlessly clean, and comes with all the necessary amenities. Excellent 3 night stay here. Very neatly appointed apartment in great part of Bergen, within walking distance to many of the main sights and plenty of dining options. Comfortable with balcony overlooking a quiet half courtyard, certainly wish I had been here at a warmer time of year to make more use of it! Host very friendly, meet me promptly for check in, and provided some local recommendations. Shower small but perfectly functional. Ideal option for solo or duo travelers, would absolutely consider staying here again in the future.
