Vacation rentals in Sosúa

Great location and beautiful villas. Villa 3 was most beautiful and perfect for my group of family members. The chefs were amazing and extremely nice and easy to work with. Only thing that sucked was first night power went out and no rooms has AC for a handful of hours so we didn’t get to rest much but other then that is 100% come here again!

To say this home is beautiful is a huge understatement and the view is even better than the house!!! Martina and Apolinar are very responsive and their local contacts and recommendations are SO helpful! We especially loved Chef Daniel and Carmen who will come to the house and prepare meals! Modesto was amazing for transportation, as well. We had an amazing vacation and could not ask for more from this property or these host.

Modernes, stilvolles, funktionales Haus, kein Schnickschnack- so mögen wir das. Der Pool ist großartig! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die erhaltenen Restaurant-Tipps waren super, auch der Ausflug zur Christusfigur und nach Puerto Plata waren stressfrei umsetzbar (allerdings mit dem eigenen Auto). Empfehlen können wir auf dieser Tour auch die Schokoladenfabrik (freier Eintritt) und die Rumfabrik mit Verkostung 🤪🤭 (8 Dollar Eintritt pP). Und ihr kommt an einer Gedenkstätte für Falco vorbei. Die Gastgeberin ist souverän und entspannt. Vielen Dank!

Truly a great experience overall and this trip was a surprise for my partner, she absolutely loved everything about it! We were instantly welcomed with open arms by John and Joanne, they gave us a tour and it was such a unique feeling. Very wholesome, lots to do in the home and outside as well, they offer a great ATV excursion and showed us the true beauty of puerto plata! They even recommended amazing places for nightlife and restaurants. The home was in great condition, and we got the well deserved break we needed! Highly recommend :)

My family loved this house and had an excellent time staying here. The house itself was immaculate and tastefully decorated with attention to detail. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, from the spacious and cozy living areas to the well appointed bedrooms. The outdoor spaces, garden, stunning views, and the pool provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and fun. The home’s location allowed us to easily explore the beautiful beaches and natural wonders in the area. Sue and Steve, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. I can’t recommend this vacation home enough.

Fernando was a pleasure to work with. Very friendly, very responsive. Place was clean and tidy when we arrived. The area is very peaceful. Great location if you plan to do things in the city centre. 10/10

My stay at the Villa was excellent!!! Beautiful private pool in the back. Very clean and all amenities onsite as described. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. I had the opportunity to meet and talked with some of the neighbors, very sociable and nice people. Special thanks for your hospitality, and quick responses. The location is one of the best in Sosua, minutes from downtown, restaurants and all entertainment. Will definitely be reaching out to you and your team for future stays. Mi estancia fue simplemente perfecta. El alojamiento superó mis expectativas: limpio y cómodo El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo al 100%.

I would like to start with the pros: The house and pool were awesome and as described. We spent many hours by or in the pool. My kids loved it. the house was spacious and the kitchen had space to prepare food. The security in the neighborhood seemed quite good and the fence and gate around the house made everyone feel very safe. Our host was very easy to communicate with and she responded quickly. I would say however that we did have some issues with the toilets not filling back up and this lead to some less than desirable experiences. We mentioned the problem a few days in and unfortunately nothing was solved by the time we left. I don't know how easy or hard it is to get a plumber in so it might not have been the hosts fault. the showers are also not great. A few situations that we had asked for things that were missing or not working, or needed to be replaced and unfortunately the solutions never happened. Overall I liked the house and the host. I would recommend.

I have been going to the D.R since 2016 and I have never stayed in a better villa. The only problem I have is that why wait until you make your final payment to show your restrictions for the house cause if you decide not to stay there you can't get your money back.. I feel those restrictions should be on the site for everyone to view before making they decision!!!. Other than that great place & location!!!

La casa muy acogedora, la zona es tranquila en general y se respira buen ambiente. Con los anfitriones tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente a raíz de un evento inesperado ocurrido en la familia y solicitamos cambio de fecha al cual inicialmente accedieron pero cuando lo hicimos a través de airbnb no lo aceptaron y solicitaron que directamente canceláramos la misma quedando así expuestos a la posibilidad de perder el dinero. Del resto todo bien, la casa muy limpia y ordenada. Tony, el chico que ayuda, excelente ser humano, muy atento y dispuesto.

The house was perfect and we enjoyed our time. Air conditioning worked great and beds were comfy. Pool was clean and refreshing. Our only issue was the map view on Airbnb showed the house in the beach side of the main road in what appeared to be the Ocean Dreams neighborhood, so we thought we would be closer to town and beach. Since we had a car it was fine but wasn’t what we were expecting from the map.

Barbra was a great host, she was always there to answer all our questions and was very welcoming, Nana is also great she took great care of us. Look forward to staying at one of Barbra’s homes again!
