We are so pleased to be offering for rental this renovated Casita (little cottage). Situated in the grounds of Villa La Gaviota, it is a stand alone 1 bedroom house with its own private bathroom and shower facilities. It can accommodate 1-2 people comfortably and has two single beds, TV, Fridge, Wi-Fi, Tea/Coffee making facilities, Ceiling Fan and small veranda. It can be rented separately from the main villa. Cute and cozy little private guesthouse inside a main property in quiet and nice gated community, 200 meters from the beach, 24/7 security, full size bed, equipped kitchen, private bathroom with shower. Wifi is provided through an extender so it is not always reliable. AC is an extra cost of 7 us$ per night. NO TV. There is a dog on the property, her name is Ella. No Smoking on the entire property. No backup generator.
