Vacation rentals with lake access in Sosúa

Exceptional quiet area. They have ALL the amenities except a toaster (and that’s not a complaint) I’m just stating the fact that they have everything you need. Close to grocery stores, fast food, beach, downtown, corner stores, everything. The host is fast responding and very flexible with check-in and check-out. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again when I come back.

Went for my brother’s bday!! Had a blast. The villa was clean and had staff daily attending to the villa. Very close to everything and the semi private beach was a definite 2 thumbs up. Will stay again for sure.

Dream spot! a great discovery of the GEKO! we know the island well, but this place is a small treasure to keep... perfect for a stay with children! and if you go you will taste one of the best mojitos on the island.

Kelvin was a great host. Also, the description matched my expectations. The place is a great value and is close to many good restaurants (my favorite was Swai but I also really liked 2 others: La Capola and The Food Truck King). Kelvin was very helpful and welcoming.

We had an incredible stay Marleny was so sweet and so kind and so gentle with our check-in process she walked us to our room and explained everything and made sure that the air conditioning was perfect and that we had coffee and water all of these little details. Meant everything we love this area and a huge thank you Marleny you are a ray of sunshine

A Perfect Stay in Paradise! The Dominican Republic is absolutely beautiful, and Heberto’s place made our stay even better. The host was fantastic—he took care of everything, was easy to communicate with, and truly treated us like family. The beach is stunning, and the pool is maintained better than any we’ve seen. The unit was exactly as advertised, with a full kitchen stocked with all the necessary cooking equipment, including an air fryer, which was a great bonus for us. The bedroom was perfect, with comfortable beds, and the entire place was spotless. We absolutely loved staying here for two months and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Excellent choice for a stay! On short notice, Santa and her team confirmed my booking. Walking into the condo, you are greeted with a personalized fruit basket, gift wrapped toiletries, and a basket of fresh towels. It’s one of the nicer receptions I’ve experienced using Airbnb. Also, Santa saved me from having to endure hours at the POP airport. I had an afternoon outbound flight. She graciously pushed-back checkout, so I was able to enjoy more time on the beach. Regarding the location, Cabarete can feel a bit touristy at times. Not here. The neighborhood is just off the beaten path—allowing a traveler to feel immersed, while still being conveniently located near the town center (and just a short walk to the beach). Would definitely book again. And you should, too.

Reyna was an excellent host. The place is beautiful and has great wifi, washer and dryer in the unit for fast laundry service. Safe and secure place 24/7 security guard. When I needed help during check in Reyna responded promptly and also came by durung checkin to make sure everything was good. I would stay here again.

Great little tiny home, away from the noise and commotion, and next to a beautiful and tranquil river. Home is super clean, cozy and comfortable, with everything you need, including a strong fan, quality AC. And I appreciated the added touch of the handy electric fly swatter, since I like leaving the windows open (though there was surprisingly very few bugs considering how deep in the woods you are). Just 10-15 drive to cabarete where a lot of restaurants and action is. But there's also a good restaurant just a short walk away. I had a good fresh fish meal there for cheap. By the river next to the home, there is a hammock and little bench to sit on. I spent a lot of time there working out, meditating and enjoying the water go by. There's also an inner tube and paddle board there, but didn't take the opportunity to use it since i was just there for two nights and had work to do. But definitely coming back and getting into the river next time!
