The 80 square meter living space is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, guest toilet and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining table. A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

The fully equipped kitchen offers all amenities. The location of the villa has direct access to hiking and biking trails in the Diemelsee and Willingen region.

The bathroom as well as the entire 42m² holiday home has been extensively renovated in 2019 and offer a feel-good atmosphere like home. The garden invites you to linger in green nature and the lake is only 300 meters away.
