Cinque terre is one of the many beautiful Italian fields, absolutely worth a visit. Dogs are a little difficult to get around, as the five small villages are hard to get to by car, but the train runs often and accurately, and it's super clean. Dogs can be transported with a small surcharge and a muzzle. It is a good idea to start your excursions in Levanto instead of La Spezia, where parking is easier, the distance from Riccardo's house is roughly the same. The air conditioning will definitely be resolved by the owner soon. Unfortunately, there is no pool, but the houses where they are are much more expensive. Riccardo, his wife, sister, and brother-in-law are both nice people, it's important to them that the guest has a good time. Beautiful, wild garden, well-equipped house.

My son spent 10 days in the beautiful house with 6 study friends. The landlords were very accessible and helpful. The garden was special with beautiful furniture and great views. It is possible to walk to town, the way back uphill is a bit sporty, especially with shopping. The group really enjoyed the stay.

We (5 adults, 1 dog) stayed at Marcela and Niels' beautiful countryhouse over New Year's and it was absolutely as described: very peaceful with beautiful surroundings and views over the Piedmontese valley. We arrived to a welcome basket of local delicacies and a brochure with recommendations of things to do, see and where to eat. The house was tastefully decorated, paying attention to small details (candles, scented hand soap, high-quality linens, blankets to sit outside), a cosy living area and fireplace to sit around in the evenings, large fridge/freezer and even super fast wifi. There was even a game/bar room. It was a little too cold to play ping pong though, but that would be for the next visit! Also, because of the spacious garden our dog could roam and run around freely without us having to worry and keep him on leash. Niels was always super responsive if we had questions. We can warmly recommend staying with Marcella and Niels and I am sure that we will be back! Thank you!

Our holiday was great. The house is a dream! The property is very large and therefore great for a larger group. The communication with Luciano was great and straightforward. 🌞

Villa Civetta is close to Sestri Levante, a beautifully picturesque town. The house lacked nothing, we simply enjoyed the well-being and the quiet evening on the terrace after the beach and excursions. Thanks Paola for the lovely relaxing stay

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The beautiful view of the sea and the immersive natural surroundings made it a perfect getaway. The house offered near complete privacy, and our kids loved the pool. The location is excellent, with great proximity to Rapallo, Santa Margarita, and Portofino. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. Highly recommended!

This house is a wonderful getaway with unbelievable views of the town and Mediterranean Sea below. It’s surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees. You can hear the highway below so if you need total silence be aware. The drive up to the house is nerve wracking if you are not used to small mountain roads and the driveway is very steep, so be aware of that as well. Our group of 8 adults and 1 baby had a wonderful relaxing time and Lavagna is a cute beach town with restaurants and ice cream. Such an amazing place to stay!

Mimma did a great job, she was very welcoming and gave us lots of tips on places to visit, where to get food and cheap parking. The house is very clean and the views are amazing. We would love to come back.

Eliana was fantastic. She assisted us with a personal emergency that occurred during our visit. She was compassionate, helpful, quick to reply to every need. Our home was beautiful, comfortable, and easily accessible for the train, bus and ferry. It was close to lots of great restaurants and shopping, including local small food markets. In addition, the location in Santa Margherita is perfect for quick hops to various nearby ports of Cinqué Terra, Portofino, Camogli, Rapallo, etc., but it is not as crowded as the more popular areas and yet it is equally beautiful. We loved it.

We stayed in some of the two houses near Camogli. The house is very nice and tastefully decorated. On our arrival we found a variety of food as well as beverages. Thanks again for that. Access is feasible with a normal car - contrary to some other comments. The house is quiet and private and offers a good base to relax there or make excursions on the Ligurian coast. We can recommend the house and also the caregiver and would come back there. There is a way to charge the EV at the house - but only with 1 kW, i.e. it works, it just takes.

We had a lovely family holiday at Remo's house with our two small children and had a grandparent visit along the way. The landlord was easy and good to communicate with both before, during, and after our stay. The house had many nice rooms, and we only used one floor and had plenty of space still. The house is very beautifully located in the quiet end of the city with a short distance to the cozy little streets in the center of the city and a fantastic beach just a few hundred meters down the hill. Sestri Levante is a lovely city, and we would love to come back another good time in the future.

Our stay was wonderful! Lothar was such a wonderful host. He was accommodating and made himself available for anything we needed, He even cooked dinner twice for us. The property had many fruit trees and the pool was such an added pleasure with a gorgeous view. For those with mobility issues it is a long walk to town with many stairs to walk up and down. If that is not an issue, don't hesitate to book this stay! You will love it!

We stayed with Paolo for a week and felt super comfortable. For a group the house is perfect, the kitchen is extremely well equipped and the garden and pool are beautiful. Paolo is a very very nice host and was always easily accessible and helpful.

A great place to rest. My wife and I were with 2 kids and a dog. When we arrived, we received a lot of information about local attractions, restaurants, how to explore Cinque Terre and Portofino. Davide made you feel great from the start of your stay. You feel like someone makes you feel good here. The house as in the photos fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and air conditioning in the rooms upstairs. Clean and homey. Replacement of towels and linens after a week. A pool with a wonderful view. Tomatoes and basil from the garden are great. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and rest. I recommend it to everyone and thank the host for this stay. We already want to go back.

We stayed at Andreas for 3 weeks. This was a beautiful location. The House itself was clean and well furnished. The gardens were lovely and well equipped with lovely gazebo to relax or eat in, a pool with great poolside furniture and bar b q and table under the shade of a vine. We bought our little dog with us and the garden is completely enclosed so we didn't have to worry about him escaping or getting lost. Beds were really comfy. The kitchen was really well equipped, the large balcony was a great place to eat breakfast. The village in a 5minute walk away and we went to the bakery every morning to collect breakfast. The bakery is also a locate shop a massive bonus. There is also a bar in the village which was another bonus. The Pizza restaurant in the village was brilliant you could have a 5 course meal or a pizza using all local produce. All in all this was a great place and we will definitely come back. We had an absolutely amazing stay! Incredible views of the water and bay! The house has a genuine charm and plenty of space and privacy. The kids loved the pool! We stayed in the relaxing house for 5 days and it was a wonderful experience. The house is just like in the photos, cared for in every detail and supplied like an inhabited house, nothing is missing. The pool is very useful as well as the outdoor shower with hot water. The garden is very large and fenced for the joy of our dog. There is no shortage of deck chairs, armchairs and hammocks. The mosquito nets in every room were much appreciated. Daniele and Emanuela welcomed us in a friendly manner, showing us the house and giving us tips about the area and the farmhouses where we ate very well! Very responsive to any of our requests. The neighbors are also very nice and really helpful. We had a very good time, recommended for exploring the valley but also simply for relaxing!! The road to get there is definitely narrow and winding but not busy so it's not a problem. In short, a more than positive assessment! Thanks again for everything

What a beautiful place! This house has a soul! Tastefully furnished with antiques and great to find coffee, tea, spices. It has everything you need. It’s a pity we were on the way home and only stayed for a night. I would love to come back when it’s warm and be able to sit on the terrace that overlooks the town and the bay.

Perfect home for a group of friends or large family. It is well stocked with wood-burning dishwasher and BBQ. The highlight is the pool and deck.
