I stayed at Chris’s place with my dad for 3 nights after heading up from Perpignan. The apartment is a couple of minutes walk from the train station and also a couple of minutes away from the main square, where there are ample restaurants. It wasn’t peak season so they weren’t always open but we still managed to get some great meals. The apartment is also about a 20 minute walk to the medieval city, which is great if you love a bit of history. The apartment itself is immaculate and very comfortable. The balcony was great to sit out on and you can hear the organs playing from the church opposite. The apartment is on the street and cars going by can be loud, but Chris kindly left earplugs in the bedrooms to resolve this. We would definitely recommend Chris’s apartment and would love to stay again.

Mark was extremely communicative and flexible with our check in time. He also gave us some lovely local recommendations. The Airbnb itself was spacious, homely and clean - with comfy beds. It had everything you need and more. It was in a fantastic location for popping into Castelnaudary and walking to the train station. We would stay again! Thank you for having us.

This was an absolutely amazing find. It was a beautiful place in a brilliant location. Carcassone did not disappoint. Coming back to sit on the terrace at the end of the day was a real treat. Loads of lovely little restaurants nearby and a 5 minute walk up to the Medieval City. A real gem of a place.

We enjoyed staying at Marion's during our Toulouse weekend. The apartment is very nice, very well decorated, you feel really good there. The place is peaceful, we were not disturbed by the noise. Marion is a responsive and available host. We recommend this listing

Lovely apartment, everything you need for a short stay. 10 minute walk to the city centre. Parking with the apartment was a bonus. Would highly recommend.

We loved the central location. It was easy to jump on the shuttle to the apartment. Loads of good restaurants, very responsive and patient host. One of the few apartments on Airbnb with a terrace with a panoramic view. Always nice to receive a complimentary bottle of fizz and the extension of check out time very much appreciated.

Aurélien's accommodation is a beautiful discovery. Beautiful spacious, comfortable, functional, tastefully furnished space. It feels good! Communication with Aurélien is perfect. He is a very responsive host! If I come back to Mazamet, this is undoubtedly the accommodation I would choose!

Jean- David and Marine are very committed and generous hosts. They made great suggestions and offered us facilities they didn't need to. The kitchen is well stocked with the basics and easy to use. They're very responsive to communication which we really appreciated. It's a very comfortable and ideal location for visiting Castres.

We had a fantastic stay here - the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the medieval castle. It is so easy to step outside and soak in the atmosphere with charming alleyways, plenty of eateries (still some closed in mid-June), and little shops all around. Access to the castle and the walk along the wall (highly recommend) is just minutes away. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with great bathroom facilities and a fantastic outdoor area that we really enjoyed. We did have a bit of trouble finding it at first, but once we reread Marie's instructions it all made sense - be sure to look for Le Rendez-vous above the entrance door. Having free car parking was brilliant, and we didn’t mind the walk up to the apartment. We stayed one night, and found we had enough time to look around, we loved old Carcassonne and it is definitely worth visiting. It was a really memorable stay and we’d thoroughly recommend it.

Great accommodation. Very spacious, an extra comfortable bed and a spa bathroom just perfect for relaxing. If I get the chance, I'll be happy to come back. I would recommend it in a second

We had a wonderful time in this studio. Hervé and Céline are superb hosts with a perfect welcome, they even kept a parking space in front of the studio for us when we arrived. A perfect stay in Castres, after exhausting efforts this accommodation comforted us beyond our expectations!

We recommend this very comfortable and well thought-out little apartment in terms of spaces and amenities. The best thing is the jacuzzi, really nice and relaxing! The village where the accommodation is located is very charming. Perfect for walks and visiting Lake Ganguise! Charles is very responsive and friendly.

Frankly, nothing to report! Lots of small touches in addition to the services/benefits mentioned in the listing, Val and Phil are super nice, extremely helpful and responsive, very good advice for activities/outings available nearby... And their dogs are all cute. In short, a weekend that was too short but great for us👌!

Very happy with this cottage, very beautiful materials, very beautiful decor, refined chic, space to park in the yard. Everything is very clean and the bedding is impeccable, comfortable, rose petals on the bed. You can hear the footsteps of the inhabitants above, you can feel a light presence, but it's not a problem. Highly responsive and pleasant host. Self check-in, very convenient secure key box. You will have the best time here,everything is perfection, from the decor to the hot tub and garden. The apartment was a haven after the heat and noise of the cite and Jerome couldn’t have been more helpful. Will be recommending.
