Benvenuti! Quiet Tortellini è un grazioso monolocale con ingresso indipendente in formula bed&breakfast, a gestione famigliare. Volete soggiornare in una struttura autentica, dove quello che conta sono le vere comodità? Allora siete nel posto giusto! Siamo alle porte del centro, in una via tranquilla e strategica che vi permette di arrivare comodamente sotto casa con la macchina! Siamo al piano rialzato all'interno di una villa storica e forniamo colazione, A/C e cucinino. Animali benvenuti :)

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

From the spacious garden you can admire the Rocca Bentivolesca and Bologna. Free parking, garden, barbecue, free wi-fi, air conditioning, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, separate entrance. Possibility to taste typical products of the area such as balsamic vinegar and marmalades of own production. Welcome to our place!

Belfortilandia, the small rustic villa

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

Ca La Broca® is located in Castagnetoli, away from the chaos of the city and framed in the Teglia Valley in the wonderful lands of Lunigiana. Suitable for those seeking peace and quiet in contact with nature, which dominates the medieval village. The A15 Pontremoli exit is 6 km away, connecting La Spezia and the subsequent marvelous Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Levanto and other noteworthy tourist resorts on both the Ligurian and Tuscan coasts in 30-40 minutes.

L’Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two independent apartments, is spread over two floors and features 4 bedrooms (5th available upon request), 2 bathrooms, and a private entrance. It is ideal for families or groups who want to stay just below the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, surrounded by nature, the peace of the countryside, and wild animals in the large, well-equipped garden.

There are two bedrooms upstairs with a sofabed also available. Here you can relax; barbecue or take a walk down to the river for a cool dip. The house consists of two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a living room, a living/study room, two bathrooms, kitchen, a laundry room and a small cellar. It is easily reachable on foot in a few minutes from the Station and for those who arrive by car and need to park it is no more than 100 meters from the underground parking lot on Kennedy Street.

The house is located in northern Tuscany, in the heart of green Lunigiana, on the edge of a chestnut forest with a fantastic view of the Apennines. The house is perfect for a relaxing holiday and it is not far from the mediterranean coast and the Cinque Terre (Unesco Heritage). The house and the garden are independent and for the exclusive use of the guests.
