L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

The old Ferretti farm has become a cozy country house formed by two independent apartments. The largest of the two is the Lauro Residence, a large space on two floors with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an independent entrance. It is ideal for families or groups who, by choosing this space, will stay just below the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by the wild animals of our large equipped garden.
