Ivy Bank Studio, run by Mary & Jonathan, is an attached studio room of Ivy Cottage. It is independent from the main Cottage. Which itself was built in 1795 from local stone. It is situated on a private no through road, located directly in front of the Gem Rock museum and cafe. The location of the studio room in Creetown offers excellent outdoor views across to Cairnsmore Hill & Wigtown Bay. Creetown itself is a welcoming tourist village ideal for those wishing to explore Dumfries & Galloway.

Galloway Farmstay Claunch is a newly renovated barn conversion set in the heart of a working farm in Galloway, South West Scotland. It has a large living/kitchen area with full height ceiling, a king bedroom, a stunning mezzanine level with twin beds & a downstairs wet room. Hot tub in private garden relaxation area with picnic bench & chairs. There is steep staircase to the upper mezzanine level. This may be unsuitable for small children. Stair gates at top and bottom. Central heating, double glazing modern kitchen and very comfortable.2 bedrooms double plus twin beds,and walk in shower. Established garden, bbq area safe shed for bikes. Owner nearby and cleans and advises on places to visit. Pets on approval. No electric car charging allowed at the cottage as wiring and fuses not suitable.

A well behaved dog is welcome, the house is fully fenced (1.3m high at lowest point) and there are dog walking areas at the doorstep and a children's play park 50m away.
