Very nice hosts. A rafting center is right next door. (Also canyoning, etc.) We barbecued, partied, rafted and were on the go in Innsbruck. Good mix thank you

Fantastic house, which is wonderfully renovated and very comfortable. The large open kitchen, terrace and living room are perfectly designed for several people. The location is great, shopping and the center are within walking distance within minutes. The contact with the host and the handover were uncomplicated and pleasant.

Great place to stay with family or friends on a ski or summer vacation! If you want to rent a ski, it's right next door and the bus stop to the Hochötz or Kühtai ski resort is right around the corner, just great!

Really a great chalet, you feel like home, very cozy and cozy and everything very practical and thought out. The two bunk beds are very large and easily suitable for 4 adults. The breakfast service is great, the sauna is great, only the HOT TUB empties the hot water reserve too quickly for a combination use.

Everything was fine, would definitely recommend the lodge, place, location.

The house is super nicely situated in the small and sleepy floor, a Nebental to the Lechtal. The last 11km are down a great road with great views. The room and rooms are very nicely and quaintly furnished. The kitchen could use some refreshment. But there is everything you need. Amenity inquiries will be answered very quickly. We are also happy to come back with more people.

We had a very nice weekend in a large group in the beautiful house. The large common area upstairs is ideally suited for many people. The rooms are nicely and practically furnished. Particularly noteworthy is the good equipment of the kitchen. An all-round successful stay - happy to come back!

We were guests with a group of 12 male bikers in Jungholz and had an all-around nice time. The house was ideal for our stay – spacious common areas, a well-equipped cooking and dining area, and plenty of space to retreat. We particularly liked the large terrace and the balcony, which invite you to linger in the sunshine. The region is well suited for road and gravel biking. There are many beautiful, slightly hilly routes around lakes and bike paths right in the area. Even if the weather did not always cooperate, we were able to make good use of the days and enjoy the quiet location and nature. The bedrooms were clean and perfectly adequate, and a good restaurant was also within walking distance – very convenient! All in all, a very successful stay, where we were able to unwind wonderfully. Thank you to the hosts for the friendly communication and the great house!

We spent 5 days for the ski winter holidays Group of 16 Impeccable cleanliness upon arrival Three beautiful bedrooms queen/king size double bed and spotless bedding A dorm with a double bed and 4 very comfortable single beds A impeccable 10 single bed dorm for teenagers The common areas are large and allow you to eat all together and spend pleasant evenings of games We may regret that there are only two bathrooms: one with a simple shower and another with two showers next door (very nice for couples😂). A third shower room would be appreciated given the number of residents With a little discipline, everything went well. And this is just a detail The kitchen is impeccable and very well equipped To get to Domaine Arlberg, the free shuttle passes in front of the cottage. The stop is 10 min walk with ski boots and by car 15 min Really spotless for a group of friends

The property is very rustic. It can easily accommodate 10 people. The ski resort can be reached within 5 minutes by bus or 20 minutes by foot. However, there are only two bathrooms. Fortunately, the shower and toilet are separate from each other.

What an indescribably beautiful weekend with 14 friends in a perfect, beautiful, very tastefully restored house on a sun hill overlooking the mountains! We fell in love with the wonderful rooms, the well-equipped kitchen-living room and simple modern bathrooms at the first sight and felt super comfortable. Monika and Josef are very lovely hosts, communication and luggage transport was straightforward. Thank you , we'll be back for sure!
