Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

The Cabin, Henley on Thames is a gorgeous space for you to enjoy your holiday. Surrounded by nature, guests have the pleasure of pheasants, deers, foxes and Red Kites. Located in the back garden of our house you can walk straight into fields and the beautiful Chiltern hills. Its only a 5 minute drive/ 15 minute walk from the centre of the historic town of Henley on Thames. Newly built it features underfloor heating, and brand new designer fittings. Access via woodland path or garden stairs.

Self-contained double room with en-suite shower room and kitchen area. Private access and parking. Completely private stand-alone studio but part of our home. Suitable for professional person/couple for short let periods. Ideal Monday-Friday but good for weekends to visit local area too. Free wi-fi, TV. A car is essential. Inside there is a large open plan kitchen , dinner, lounge with a sofa bed and a well equipped kitchen with double oven , fridge freezer , dishwhaser , whashing machine microwave , toaster, kettle and much more . theres a large smart tv and wifi , dinning table . bedroom with king size bed and built-in wardrobe . bathroom with walk-in shower .

The Studio is a self contained space attached to our home. It has an open plan area with a kitchen, dining , sitting and sleeping space as well as a separate shower room. Access is through a private entrance at the front of the house. Purley on Thames is a small village in West Berkshire with good access to Reading, Pangbourne and Oxford by car. The Studio is a 10 min walk away from Mapledurham Lock on the Thames path and there are also some lovely walks through nearby Sulham woods.

The cabin is accessed through a secure, key coded gate around the side of the main house.

I am very clean and tidy and would appreciate hosting guests who are like minded and will look after my home. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe. Very suitable for Royal Ascot (from Earley Station on the Waterloo line), Henley Royal Regatta (from Twyford station) and Reading Festival (both stations above).
