In the most beautiful valley of the Bavarian Forest, hidden on the mountainside in the forest and only accessible via a forest path, lies our small Einödhof. Our visitors enjoy the tranquility and naturalness of the place and the coziness of their vacation home. In front of the log cabin there is a sheltered seating area with sandpit and campfire place. A few meters away there is a small mountain pond. Swimming is allowed, but the water is ice cold.

The stylish, renovated wooden cabin Zuzanka is located in the quiet cottage area of Hůrka, within walking distance of the lake and right next to the cycling path that circles the entire Lipno. The cabin sits by the forest on a spacious, grassy and enclosed plot that offers privacy, peace and a pleasant place to relax. In the garden, you will find a fire pit, a large swing, a slide and a sandbox – perfect for families and friends. In this peaceful, natural setting, everyone can truly unwind.

You'll make lots of new memories in this unique family-friendly place. The historic log cabin is set in large fenced grounds with its own volleyball court, sunken trampoline, seating area with fire pit, grill and smokehouse. It offers peace and privacy in the middle of the Sumava woodland. The charming Kramata lake is located near the complex - an ideal place for swimming. In winter you can go cross-country skiing directly from the lodge. The ski slopes are only a few minutes away by car.

Relax after an active day in the national park with the whole family in this rustic and cozy place to stay on the edge of the forest. Throughout the year, the nature of the Bavarian Forest invites you to explore it. Hiking trails are right at your doorstep. Extended tours are just as possible as Nordic walking, snowshoeing in winter, or easy walks. Look for mushrooms in the fall and enjoy the snow in the winter. Cross-country ski trails are on site when there is sufficient snow.

The house is suitable for couples and families. The lovingly designed vacation home made of natural wood combines a rustic atmosphere with modern comfort. Situated on a southern slope, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the gentle hills of the surrounding area.

Forest house in nature

Welcome to the Waldlerhaus in the Bavarian Forest. The house is a wooden log house from about 1810, which stands in a large garden with many fruit trees. We rent the first floor, whereby otherwise no other parties live in the house. There is a bedroom with two beds, and a bunk bed. The second room has a bed and TV. There is a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. In the area there are very nice small lakes, and the Bavarian Forest Nature Park as well as the city of Passau.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in an absolutely idyllic location. Enjoy the unique view at 800 m altitude into the Bavarian Forest and the Gäuboden. You can set off on beautiful hikes directly from the property. Particularly recommended are the Hirschenstein (with lookout tower, at 1052 m) and the idyllic Mühlgrabenweg. Here you can reach the peaks along a stream. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.

Our 67 m² vacation home is quietly located in the Bavarian countryside and has its own garden. The lake with dog beach is only 200 m away, fishing with a license is possible. Ideal for holidays by the lake and holidays with dogs. In winter, it is ideally suited for winter vacations & ski vacations. Winter sports resorts such as Sankt Englmar are about 100 km away. Thermal baths and an airfield are nearby.
