Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

The larch mini house is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin bed linen, a mini kitchen, a flushing toilet and a refurbished vintage bathtub on legs. On the terrace you will find a seating area with a sofa, armchair and hammock. You can grill in the outdoor kitchen on an electric grill. Kapradí is one of three mini-houses in our forest oasis. We're on the outskirts of town, and we're right next to the woods. Breakfast is taken care of, there will be goodies from local growers and farms in the fridge. We are happy to give tips on walks and food.

While life is bustling below, you can enjoy the loft-style apartment, light, space and the view of the countryside above. Cafes, restaurants and beer gardens are in the immediate vicinity. Dear interested parties, I place a lot of value on a good price/performance ratio for the tenants & that it remains fair for both sides. You can expect a fully automated villa with a hot tub and home theater on approx. 230 square meters of living space as well as 90 square meters of additional usable space (garage + roof terrace) It is a private rental with a VAT invoice. Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Quietly located, surrounded by greenery, a retreat awaits you far from the noise and hustle and bustle – with sweeping views of nature and, on a clear day, all the way to the Chiemgau Alps. Here, you will hear nothing but the sound of birdsong and the gentle lowing of our Galloway cattle. Perfect for unwinding, taking a deep breath, and leaving everyday life behind you.

Ameisberger - Landhaus

The holiday flat in Landhaus Ameisberg in Mitternschlag has a wonderful view of the mountains. The accommodation consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a gallery with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom and a guest WC and thus offers space for 6 people. Facilities also include high-speed WiFi with a dedicated workstation for working from home, a washing machine, satellite TV, children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available.

The chalet "Ferienchalet Schneiders" is located in Wegscheid and is perfect for an unforgettable vacation with your loved ones. The two-storey accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. One of them has a separate bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC, while the other bedroom has a shower and WC. The chalet therefore offers space for 4 people. The equipment also includes WLAN and a Smart TV.

Cozy apartment (50 sqm) in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest. The right place for anyone looking for relaxation. This apartment is ideally suited for two people. Children can sleep on a sofa bed. Oberfrauenwald is located at an altitude of 945 meters. There is a lookout tower at the summit. When the weather is nice, there is a magnificent View. Pets are welcome.
