Vacation rentals in Songpa District

Shin’s Airbnb was a great place for us to stay during spring of 2025. We are from Chicago U.S. traveling to experience springtime in Seoul. Shin’s place was in a nice neighborhood and home was very clean, good flow of interior space. We also took the subway or buses for our main transportation during the stay. The subway station, restaurants and grocery stores are all short 5 to 10 min. walking distance from Shin’s place. Above all, Shin was personable and quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend the place.

There was a happening when we checked in, but they were flexible and ended with a laugh!! The room was as pictured, and the water area was very clean and reassuring!! The host responded quickly and accurately, and I was worried about using it for the first time, but I had a comfortable stay!! We'd love to stay again! Thank you.😊

The accommodation is the same as the photos, and I had a comfortable stay for 1 night. Seongsu-dong and Hangang Park are also close, so it's easy to walk around. It was a satisfying accommodation!

Gyogyo’s place was the perfect place to go back to after a busy day out in Seoul. Beautifully designed, clean and with a projector to wind down with a movie (which is my favourite way to watch TV). Gyogyo was so lovely, helpful and always quick to respond. I would definitely recommend staying at Gyogyo’s property.

Happy was honestly the best host I’ve come across in my many years with Airbnb. Very responsive, helpful, accommodating, and kind. The location was excellent very close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The apartment was spotless and had many great amenities. I will be returning

Great location with exceptional view Peaceful but close what you want to do.

We had a superb experience staying at this Airbnb! We were a group of 7 adults, 2 children, and 1 baby, and the place felt incredibly comfortable and homey for all of us. The location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk to the nearest train station and only 3 minutes to the airport bus stop. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the beds felt just like those in a hotel — super cozy and relaxing after long days out. But the best part was the host Hye Jeong! She was extremely helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to assist us, especially with storing our luggage and accommodating our request, which wasn’t easy with almost 10 luggages. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area. We’d definitely stay here again!

The place for the price was great, great location close to seoul station

This my second time staying here and there’s a good reason why - the room is very clean and cozy, has all the necessary amenities, and the location is great! the host is extremely kind and responsive and parking is also very convenient. I’ll definitely look to stay here again the next time I’m in Seoul ☺️
