Apartment vacation rentals in Songpa District

It was a nice accommodation with a nice feel like the photos, and it was clean and nice! Both the outside and inside of the building were so clean that I was so satisfied! A place with these conditions at this price! The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the bathroom ventilator kept working and the sewer smell came up even with the air freshener, but the smell wasn't that bad! In addition, there are many subway stations and food alley restaurants within a 10-minute walk, so I was very satisfied with the location!! Lastly, the host's response speed was quick and they responded kindly, so I had a comfortable stay! I want to visit again!

The location of the house is very good and clean. In the case of towels, it is easy to smell if you don't take care of it periodically, but it was very clean to use. It was equipped with basic toiletries, a dryer with enough power, tableware, a standby TV, a built-in refrigerator with a freezer (minus 18 degrees output), and an air purifier, so I was able to relax comfortably. The place wasn't too cold or too hot, and it's quiet. If I have to stay nearby, I intend to visit again.

This was great overall. It was easy to get around. The subway and some great restaurants were within walking distance. It was clean and the bed was comfy. My brother and I really enjoyed our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Seoul. The place was spotless, very neat, and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was by far the most well-stocked Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in-towels, toiletries, hair tools, and even drinks in the fridge made me feel right at home after a long flight. The location was perfect-close to train stations and surrounded by great restaurants, yet surprisingly quiet inside the unit. The host was kind and very responsive. I also appreciated the dedicated work space, which was ideal for working U.S. hours during my first week. The bathroom was spacious, the water pressure was excellent, and having a washer and dryer was a big plus. A special mention goes to HIO Coffee just across the road-my favorite coffee shop in the area. I truly enjoyed my time here and actually preferred this neighborhood over Gangnam. I’ll definitely be back on my next visit to Seoul!

This Airbnb was so cozy! My partner and I immediately felt at home and were able to relax comfortably the whole trip. The bed was extremely comfortable and at the end of long days it felt like coming home. We highly recommend staying at JJ House!

This was my fourth time staying at this place and once again, everything was perfect. The space is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is unbeatable — close to public transport and great restaurants. Check-in is always smooth, and Yunhee is always responsive and reliable. It really feels like a home away from home. It was a clean and comfortable space like my home, so I want to stay again the next time I come to Seoul. It was nice because the accommodation was in front of the station, so it was so convenient to walk around!

The location of the accommodation was good and parking was convenient, so I had a good stay. It's quiet and I think it's good for a long stay. There were many restaurants nearby for breakfast and it was comfortable. I only used the room without a dressing table, but I think it would have been better if there was a dressing table. There were hangers and small drawers in the room, so I was able to store about one person's clothes.

Thanks to this, I was able to complete my trip safely. The accommodation was clean and comfortable! The water pressure in the bathroom wasn't bad either. Hot water works well! Most importantly, the host is kind! I rested warmly and well before heading out! If you have something to do in Lotte World or Jamsil, I definitely recommend it!

Yuna is a most wonderful host. Her immaculate attention to details and her warm personality in making our stay the best it could possibly be just made us felt at home throughout our stay. She had been a constant and attentive source of help and reference for us even though it goes far beyond her call of duty as a host. We want to thank her especially for going out of her way to arrange for a pickup of an item we left behind at a farm for a day trip, and her speedy responses and recommendations when we sought her help for booking rides for a big family and family attractions. Our place of stay was beautiful, very well maintained, clean and stocked with all the amenities we could ask for. The location is extremely convenient, located right next to Coex and the Bongeunsa train station, with eateries and convenience stores available all around us. Convenient location, convenience store downstairs, Olive Young, pharmacy, and direct access to the airport by subway. The owner James gave me an early check-in after knowing that I arrived in Korea on a red-eye flight, and he responded quickly. The room is large and well-equipped. Highly recommended.

This was a great place for our family to stay during our trip here in Seoul. The location was great - we were able to visit the Han river park frequently as it is literally steps away from Alex and Susan’s place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and helped us find everything we needed! Highly recommend and we would love to stay here again during our next trip to Seoul!

My wife and I loved staying at Jenny's place in Gangnam. The space felt like our home while we explored Gangnam. The view from the window, massage chair, and comfortable bed were particularly excellent. There is a train station nearby, and the buses are convenient too. Jenny is a very kind and responsive host. Her instructions are clear, and I always felt that I could have messaged her with any questions. Although we just left, my wife and I are already planning a trip for next year and hope to stay at Jenny's Airbnb again. Thank you for hosting us!

I am so grateful that this accommodation I booked in a hurry at a late hour was such a fortune. I didn't even buy water, but there was a water purifier installed, and it was a spacious space with nothing missing. It was a clean, pleasant, and quiet accommodation, so I rested comfortably for the night. It was really convenient to get around because it was right in front of the train station. I highly recommend it to both foreigners and locals. Great! Great! Great!
