Vacation rentals with lake access in Songpa District

a guy's house. with booze and horns, and big ass tv. the atmosphere is, well, a bar. lots of audiophile equipment as well. you'll like it.

The location was accessible and the surrounding neighborhood was secluded, so it was nice to rest and go. I also liked the interior of the house. The host was also very kind, and even though it was a little early, he gladly allowed the luggage storage. If I have a chance next time, I would definitely like to visit again. Thank you.

I was very happy to stay in such a nice homestay in Seoul, and I felt very comfortable and relaxing every day!The host is very welcoming, not only responded promptly but also helped us recommend restaurants!The location is very convenient, very close to Gimpo Airport, and there is a direct bus to Gyeongbokgung/Gwanghwamun nearby, which is a great experience!

Roin is a great host. He is very friendly and very quick to respond to my questions and concerns. The house is very clean and has everything I need for my stay. The area is very nice with lots of place to eat and many coffee shops. The Seokchon Lake is less than 10 mins walk away and so are the metro stations. I truly enjoyed staying at Roin place and highly recommend it.

A really, really good place to stay for a night I'm thinking of using it again next time I visit Seoul It's great to walk to Mangwon River Park.

We had a comfortable and relaxing stay. The place is tidy and had all the amenities needed for a week. It's located in a neighbourhood that's filled with locals, we didn't see many tourists which was great to experience local life and it's only 10 mins walk away to one of the big shopping areas of Seongsu. Lots of cute cafes around and close to the river walk. The host was very helpful with quick responses. Thanks!

Melody is kind and helpful and the place is convenient which is close to the airport bus station and subway station. The apartment is new and close to restaurants but quiet at nice! The mattress is comfortable as well! thank you!

This was a great place for our family to stay during our trip here in Seoul. The location was great - we were able to visit the Han river park frequently as it is literally steps away from Alex and Susan’s place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and helped us find everything we needed! Highly recommend and we would love to stay here again during our next trip to Seoul!

I stayed because I had a job in Hanam, and the transportation was good and it was easy to find. The apartment was tidy, and I was able to find it well because you texted me first to help me find the way.

Incredible! I highly recommend staying here for several reasons: 1) Amazing host! The host was friendly and responsive to all my silly questions! And I had quite a few, I was a first time visitor to Korea and the host answered all my questions on how to use the utilities. Everything was so clean and tidy too! 2) Location was amazing! The subway station is a short walk away, as well as small restaurants! The area is peaceful, not full of tourists so you can really enjoy and experience the culture! Overall, the airB&B made my first trip to Korea very memorable and comfortable.

If you want to enjoy the peaceful side of Seokcho and experience Seoul's nightlife in Jamsil, this place is perfect. The host is very helpful and responsible. She assisted us a lot, and her place is filled with a pleasant scent and her personal belongings. We were initially surprised to learn that the host also lives here, but it turned out to be a new and pleasant experience. Her room is well-organized and modern. The location is not very close to the station—about a 10-minute walk—so it may be challenging if you have a lot of luggage. I recommend taking a walk around Seokcho, both during the day and at night, because it’s truly wonderful. You can also shop at Lotte and then take an easy walk back to this place. There’s a lively night street nearby, and we really enjoyed the location overall.

Amy was an extremely responsive and helpful host! Her space was very conveniently located, just a few steps away from Lotte World and all the transport options the Jamsil area has to offer. The shared spaces and storage were pretty small though so just keep that in mind if booking for 3-4 people.

The host really made a good impression~~ The accommodation has all the necessary items, the bedding is neat, and the towels are neatly dried. There was no problem with the water supply and drainage, and I was able to enjoy the karaoke room to my heart's content. The barbecue area and the eating area are separated, and there is enough charcoal, so I enjoyed grilling, drinking, and eating for three hours. I plan to visit again next time.

The owner was very kind and I went with my dog, and he really liked it. There was also a valley right in front, so I had fun with the puppy. There were many benches to sit on, and the sound of the water right in front was peaceful:) The garden was also spacious, so I had fun running around.

First of all, it was so nice to go on a friendship trip with friends.
