Parking inside the garage and in front of the garage door. There is a large terrace facing west, and paving stones around the house again at the entrance. Part of the outdoor area is still under renovation.

Oppholdsrom med kjøkkenkrok, bad med dusj og vaskemaskin, samt soverom med 190 cm seng som kan deles til to enkeltsenger (2x80 cm) når dere er to gjester. Det er også mulig å blåse opp en ekstra madrass ved behov. Ca. 20 minutter med bil til både flyplassen og Kristiansand. Til Dyreparken, IKEA og Norges største kjøpesenter på Sørlandsparken tar det ca. 25 minutter.

Centrally located residence with walking distance to Hamresanden, one of Sørlandet's finest beaches, and a short distance to freshwater swimming area in Hamrevann. The home is also a 5-minute drive to Sørlandsenteret and 10 minutes to the zoo. Kristiansand city center is 15 minutes away. The house has a lot of nice hiking terrain nearby and good sun conditions from morning to evening.
