We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside there is a difficult terrace with a lot of living space, various seating groups, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Gas grill and outdoor furniture. Large lawn. Short distance to the sea and the zoo about 7 km.15 min walk to fishing and bathing area by the sea. Sørlandsenteret is located right by the zoo. 10 km to the summer town of Lillesand and 20 km to Kristiansand.

Welcome to our newly upgraded cabin in Søgne, perfect for calm and adventure! Surrounded by nature, the cabin offers easy access to both saltwater and freshwater activities. Three bedrooms, a loft, and an open living space. Outdoors, kids can enjoy the trampoline and play areas, while adults relax in the lounge or enjoy meals in the dining area. It’s the ideal base for exploring nearby beaches, woods, boat trips (ask about rental), Kristiansand, Dyreparken Zoo, Aquarama, etc.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from bike route 3 Very fast internet. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by the Tovdalselva river. The apartment is totally newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are arranged for two families on the trip, but are also great for a group of friends on a fishing trip. The Tovdalselva is a recognized salmon river, and large fish is taken both up and down the river.

Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.
