Rowboat is included in the rent. The house is located in the yard of an organic small farm with sheep, chickens, dogs and cats. No mains power or running water. Bathroom/toilet and kitchen for simple cooking are used in the main house right next door, shared with us who live here. Simple power supply for charging mobile/PC and similar can be arranged.
