Cozy little cottage of 34 sqm in beautiful nature very close to the beach. Bedroom on the 2nd floor. Sofa in the living room. Escape the hustle and bustle! Enjoy the wood stove in the living room or cook on the grill on the terrace. The cottage is suitable for 2 people. An extra bed can be made in the living room. There is a staircase to the 2nd floor. The house is small if you are three adults. Electricity is settled directly with me at DKK 5/KWH. It's important that you clean the house so it's ready for new guests. There's a lockbox at the door.

The large wooden terrace by the house allows you to find space in the sun at all times of the day, as well as enjoy your morning coffee, while the ships sail by on the Flensburg fjord. The light, the water, the tranquility, and the beautiful nature are absolutely magical in this part of Sydals. Walking and cycling, fishing, kayaking and dinghy sailing and kite surfing are popular activities.

The perfect place for a peaceful vacation, where the world is shut out for a while. Small cozy wooden house located undisturbed at the water's edge, surrounded by its own forest, a small stream along the house. No neighbors or noise. The house is 50 m2 and is very reminiscent of the owner. Rustic and with charming patina :-). Furnished with kitchen area, bedroom with double bed, small room with 2 bunks (194 cm long), toilet and bathroom. Outdoor shower and large terrace overlooking the water. Æblehytten er en nybygget isoleret to personers hytte med brændeovn . Beliggende i vores gamle æblehave med udsigt til hav og 650m til badestrand. Hytten er egnet til ferie året rundt. Badeværelse med toilet, bruser og sauna er forbeholdt hyttens gæster og beliggende 25 m fra hytten. Fri brænde. Sauna afregnes via elforbrug. Well-designed tiny house in a quiet setting

Good accommodation with location about 15 minutes from the Danish/German border. Close to Sønderborg (13 km) and Gråsten (5 km). In the bedroom, there are duvets and pillows for 2 people. In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and an outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bathroom, which is next to the mini house. You are welcome to use the backyard.

Tiny house with a view

Our Tiny-House contains a living room and a bedroom. In the living room is a sofa that can be converted into a 140 cm bed. There is a double hob for cooking, as well as a microwave, electric kettle and typical kitchen utensils. There is an oil radiator to help maintain a comfortable temperature in the insulated house. The bedroom contains a 140 cm wide bed with bed linen and of course fresh towels for our guests. WiFi available in our TinyHouse and in our gardens/terraces.
