Omg, we had great hospitality from the lady that welcomed us! They gave us a little gift after check out and dropped us off at the car it was such a heartwarming moment. Def will come back another time to this place. Thank you 🙏🏽

This was the perfect spot for a one month stay. It is on a quiet street, away from the hustle of Hoi An which I appreciated; however, folks who are looking for easier access to restaurants with Western-style food might not appreciate the 20-30 minute walk for this. If you are into Vietnamese food, options are nearby and plentiful. Likewise, there is an abundance of coffee shops in the area. It is also about a 10 minute walk to the market for fresh produce if you want to prepare your own food. I look at this as opportunities for exercise. Since the kitchen is shared by nine different apartment dwellers, it is probably not a surprise that some folks are cleaner and tidier than others. An excellent feature of this stay is that Nam is very fast about responding to messages. For instance, the hot water kettle broke while I was there and he replaced it the same day it was reported. There also needed to be a minor repair in my apartment and the handyman was sent right over. Thank you!

Places to stay that were really, really nice Location is perfect You can walk to Han Market You can walk to the night market (I'm full, so I'm walking on purpose) There are many good restaurants around the area All the restaurants that Kevin recommended were good. He carried my luggage and was really kind, so it was good from the start. I'll definitely book again next time I travel to Da Nang.

My stay here was phenomenal. This place is a hidden gem, location is unreal - situated very close to the mountains of son tra as well as the quieter side of the beach. The view from the balcony is stupendous! The apartment itself is very comfortable for a long stay, and was fully cleaned every week or so by the host (free of charge). The host helped me rent a motorbike which was at a significantly cheaper rate for the month compared to elsewhere in town. Finally, the hosts were so quick to respond to any queries, easy to communicate with, and helped with so much such. Would recommend to anyone!
