The house contains a large living room, nice kitchen, bedroom with double bed, charming bathroom, back room and entrance. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and on the landing there is a sofa bed for 2, as well as a workplace. The house is located on a large natural plot with the possibility of outdoor activities, a nice enclosed terrace, and good parking on a large gravel paved courtyard.

Gæster har adgang til hele boligen privat overdækket terrasse, parkering og en lukket indhegnet have. Huset har en perfekt central beliggenhed til udflugter i det sydlige Danmark. A 40 m2 apartment that has been completely renovated in an older country estate. The most adventurous trip options on your own horse or hiking. You can bring a horse, which will be able to come in a fold or/and in a box. We have good fishing opportunities in Ribe River, ask upon arrival. There are 6 km of amazing nature inwards from the dike (bike/walk) into Ribe city center. Fire pit, outdoor pizza oven and shelter must be used during the stay.

Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.
