Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. Bathroom, separate toilet, and fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom with oak parquet flooring, 180 x 200 cm (71" x 78") double bed, and wardrobe. For 4 people, the cozy sofa bed in the living room can be easily converted into an additional double bed. We speak English, Spanish and a little bit of French.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss meines Hauses in Hain im Spessart. Das Haus selbst ist am Hang gebaut, dadurch ist die Haustür über 30 Treppenstufen zu erreichen. Im Haus selbst geht es dann noch 15 Stufen nach oben. Die Anzahl der Gäste ist hier auf 5 begrenzt. Falls mehr Gäste kommen möchten, bitte eine Anfrage schicken. Nach Absprache ist es möglich, dass mehr Gäste kommen. Es kann noch ein Doppelluftbett aufgestellt werden.
