The Weinhütte is exactly as advertised — peaceful, well-equipped, and perfect if you're after tranquil mountain views, relaxing on the balcony, or enjoying a proper “lekker braai” using the built-in grill. The Airbnb is located on Louise’s gated property within a secure estate, offering both privacy and peace of mind. While the nearby horse farm means occasional flies, it's manageable — though a fly zapper lamp indoors might help minimize them. Overall, a lovely stay with thoughtful amenities and a host who genuinely cares. Thank you, Louise!

Our trip was made all the more special by our stay in Carol's beautiful home. It was full of wonderful art and artifacts and staying there was one of the highlights of our holiday. We all enjoyed the big, comfortable rooms, the lovely outside dining areas and appreciated all the amenities. The kids loved the sparkling pool and expansive, attractive garden. Carol was so friendly and relaxed and made us feel so welcome. We would wholeheartedly recommend their spot and hope we can stay there again in the near future.

We had a lovely stay at Werner's place as two families with 5 adults and 3 kids. The space was the perfect size. Not too big that we felt disconnected from each other, but also not so small that we felt we were in each other's space. It's also a beautiful location, and just a few minutes walk to a winery. Very well stocked in terms of crockery and glassware. Will definitely book again!

This was our second stay at Elizabeth's home and once again perfect for our needs. The location is great for visiting places like Stellenbosch or diving through to Cape Town and the home is spacious, well-equipped and the estate is quiet and safe. Elizabeth is also the perfect host and her communication throughout our stay was excellent. We can't wait for our next visit!

Louise was fantastic from the comms before we arrived, when we arrived and until we left. Such a friendly host and willing to accommodate our needs as a family. The house itself was spotless and they thought of everything to make out stay enjoyable. I would 100% stay at this house again as we do visit SW almost yearly. It was absolutely fantastic. The interior and everything about the place were flawless. We’re truly grateful for the host’s thoughtfulness. The only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer due to our schedule. Our whole family had such a wonderful time. It’s also not far from the highway—highly recommended!

It was our second time at this unit and like the first time we enjoyed our stay very much. This booking was an easy and automatic choice for us. Theres always enough blankets and towels and the kitchen is fully equipped so you feel right at home. We also loved the large bean bags for a cozy night in front of the tv. It was not there with our previous stay so that was a nice addition. Colin a superb host!

From the moment I arrived, I was enchanted by the stunning location and breathtaking sea views. The apartment itself was nothing short of exquisite. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, it offered all the amenities I could have desired. The spacious and inviting layout provided an ideal retreat after a day of exploration. Our host, Sean, was always available and exceptionally accommodating, which enhanced our stay even further. In summary, my time at Seas the Day was an unforgettable experience filled with beautiful scenery, warmth, and comfort. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a wonderful getaway in The Strand!

Beautiful place, great kitchen with everything we need. More appliances than usual air bnb's. Chandré was able to accommodate our special request which was super helpful. Felt safe and safe parking. Right across the road from a virgin active which was never too busy. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of great coffee shops and small restaurants nearby. There are also several shopping complexes and malls in the area, and it’s an easy drive to Gordon’s Bay. The apartment itself is very secure with off-street parking and is well equipped with all the essentials and more. The bed was super comfortable, and everything was clean and cozy. Our host was friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommend.

La casa está muy bien ubicada con muchos restaurantes y locales cerca. Zona tranquila y segura con parking cerrado. La casa es ideal para pasar más de una semana, bellamente decorada, tiene una terraza-balcón que x el corto tiempo no usamos pero es bella.

I couldn’t have asked for a better location, it was conveniently close to safe walking areas, shops, a beautiful park & restaurants yet was in a relatively quiet road. The apartment is beautifully appointed with absolutely everything you need, especially in the kitchen. It’s light & airy with stunning views. You feel secure & totally at ease there. Very obliging staff, in all, everything to recommend it.

Fantastic apartment right in the very heart of Franschhoek - perfectly located for events happening in town. The apartment has everything one would need for a great stay. Mark is a very welcoming and accomodating host. One thing to note - It is directly above two restaurants which can make things a bit noisy - if you want total peace and quiet this might not work for you as the vibes continues into the night but if you enjoy such vibes this is an amazing spot. We will definitely be back!
