Sandra and Rob are always really kind, thoughtful and helpful hosts and it is a pleasure to stay with them.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the hut. Fiona was a really great host who came out to us even though it was late and raining! The hut was super warm on arrival and it has an internal heater and towel rail which is nice. It was also nice to be welcomed with some baked goods which we enjoyed the next morning. The bed was super comfy and we slept really well. The hot tub was nice to relax in… you get all the stuff provided for it which is good and on previous experiences this isn’t always the case. We used the Fire pit and you get some cushions to use which are under the bed and extra blankets which again is really nice. It’s exceptionally well thought out and the lord of added extras make it really nice. Would deffo return

We loved our stay in elderberry pod it is beautiful & the detail that’s gone into it I’d certainly say it’s made with love. Only negative we had was we was not informed the cafe, the shop & activities were not on due to being New Year’s Eve. I appreciate everyone requires time off but we would like to have known that as we may have brought activities with us. Other than that we would love to book again & it was a beautiful place couldn’t fault anything other than not letting us know what was not in use whilst we were there. Thanks again

We had such a nice stay at Happy on the Hill. The views were beautiful the wagon was super cozy and the bath was the icing on the cake. Neil was super responsive and helpful giving us walking recommendations and places to see but also gave us our space and to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. We would happily come back again!

We were looking for a holiday close to home, as we live off the M5 and Easter traffic can be gnarly we didn't want to travel too far. The caravan was clean and the site had a clean pool and a pub/restaurant plus close by to Dunster Castle which we love, and some beaches and pretty villages.

Great place to stay, had a lovely weekend with our 4 year old. Longleat 10 minutes away perfect location. Lovely host, plenty of information for us to make the most of our stay. Would happily stay here again in the future.

Our stay at David and Jill's cabin was absolutely wonderful! The cabin itself is beautifully maintained and has such a warm, inviting atmosphere. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen. The location in Laverton is perfect - peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet close enough to explore the area. David and Jill were exceptional hosts - responsive, welcoming, and they clearly take pride in providing a special experience for their guests. The cleanliness was impeccable, and we particularly enjoyed the views. We left feeling refreshed and are already planning when we can return. Highly recommend this.

Lyn and David’s lodge is brilliant, we stayed for three nights over my wife’s birthday. The location is absolutely amazing, incredible view, cosy but spacious lodge with everything you could need, we loved our few days there and really didn’t want to leave! Lyn and David were very helpful, giving lots of information on walks and the local area, they even decorated the lodge with birthday banners for us to arrive too, amazing hosts!! We will definitely be recommending to our friends and hope we get to go back soon, thanks again. Josh and Lucy

Incredible spot! Really enjoyed our time here, very peaceful and lovely surroundings. Hot tub was exceptional, Clive was very helpful and attentive. Would recommend for any couple looking for time away in the countryside.

Jenny was a great host! The Cabin was spotless on arrival! Very cosy and well equipped... As previous guests had noted the bed is super comfy!! The outside area for dogs is brilliant. Definitely recommend the Culm Valley Inn! Fantastic atmosphere - delicious home cooked food - 15 min walk. Strand Stores serve an incredible breakfast and sell high quality local produce! We also enjoyed a nice day out at Sidmouth beach..

What can I say?! Just amazing. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Fantastic host. Every little detail thought of and such a high standard. Loved everything about this stay. Will definitely recommend and more importantly definitely be back. Thank you so much Lou, it is simply perfect.

Absolutely delightful Airbnb in the form of a cabin facing south across beautiful landscape. The cabin had everything you could possibly need, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, endless hot water, efficient heating. The location was lovely (so peaceful and quiet). Alison and Mark were on hand if needed (sweet friendly hosts). Highly recommend Allison place!

Me and my partner had such a nice experience staying at this rural getaway. Check in was very easy and Suzanne was very kind to offer an earlier check in so we could make more of a day of our planned break. We loved the homely feel and the beautiful greenery surrounding locally. The showers and bedrooms were clean. The beds and pillows were comfy. Would love to come back and stay for longer next time.

100% recommend staying here. The pictures are exactly what it’s like in person and more! The attention to detail was amazing, everything you need for your stay is there. They even had hot chocolate and marshmallows for a cosy night around the fire-pit. Communication with the host was very formative, clear and in timely manner. We would definitely return as it is the perfect relaxing getaway but also walks/restaurants close. Thankyou so much!

What an amazing stay, scenic location , great attention to detail in the shepherds huts with everything you require for a stay. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back again. Peter the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was one to remember .. A true gem in the rolling hills or Somerset.

Beautiful location. Cabin was like home from home…had everything you need. Super comfy and cosy. Jo was very helpful and quick to respond. Would highly recommend.

Brought my 2 daughters for a mid week getaway during school holiday, wanted a retreat to get away and switch off from work and school , somewhere to relax. The pods were better than we expected! Looked exactly like their beautiful pictures , views were stunning , was peaceful but a 5 min drive away to amenities such as a great farm shop/restaurant , pubs and convenience store. Sue greeted us on arrival and was extremely friendly and helpful. The pods were so cozy , with their central heating, the LED lights inside added to the magic touch (kids loved it) Along with their blue tooth speaker . For such a small space it had everything and we didn’t at all feel cramped! It was pristinely clean. Woke up a little earlier today as hoped to see some deer in the fields , we weren’t disappointed as there was one lying on the grass just in front of us! Highly recommend this hidden gem, we will be back for sure.

Had an amazing last minute stay in the cosy shepherds hut, just what we needed after a stressful few weeks!

we booked this very last minute ( 2hrs before we arrived and quite late in the day) Anthony was really helpful and got us checked in with no fuss! he gave us lots of information and local recommendations. the hut its self feels very private and secluded and is beautiful! we felt like we were on George Clarks Amazing Spaces! Will 100% be back.

Second visit this year💗 This place well and truly has my heart. I’ve never been anywhere in my life that I have felt so peaceful then this place (and I have travelled to so many beautiful countries). Dreamview Shepherd Hut are absolutely breathtaking, I could not recommend them enough. If your contemplating booking, don’t think just book it you won’t be disappointed. Melanie has thought of every little detail you could possibly need. I love this place so much, from sitting in the hot tub watching the stars to laying in bed with the cosy fire lit. I don’t ever want to leave this place. Please keep these huts forever!💗 Thank you so much Melanie and family - you have truly out done yourselves with this venue. Exceptional modern cabin in the heart of nature, under the canopy of a tree with expansive views into the distance, while watching the sunrise. Beautifully designed inside with comfortable armchairs and a private little patio outside, is handy for beautiful villages and towns nearby.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Everything is really well thought out; from the towels for the dog, the books for our daughter, the dark curtains and blinds, comfy warm beds, and more. Honestly this is one of the best air bnbs we have stayed at, we felt at home and didn’t leave (3 night stay) as we were happy playing games, going for walks, watching the calves and splashing in the hot tub. Superb!
