Superb location for travelling out to places. Lots around the local area for kids (parks, waterfall etc). Sarah was amazing at getting back to us so quickly whenever we had a question. Very thoughtful and caring. House was amazing with so many games and activities for all ages. The hot tub was a real asset for us but totally understand why this will not be at the property post December. We had so much fun and loved our stay. Would definitely return if we visited the area again.

We booked The Stables for a couple of nights, including for it to be used as the bridal getting ready space on the morning of our recent wedding, as it is only 10 mins from Priston Mill. It was absolutely perfect and Nancy went above and beyond to help make it work for us including making space on the drive of the main house to allow wedding suppliers to park. The space was light and bright and surrounded by a gorgeous garden and it felt really private and peaceful. It was very well equipped with everything you’d need and actually seemed a larger space in person than in the pictures! Special thanks go to Nancy for making it extra special for our wedding and including some lovely bubbly in the fridge which was a really thoughtful touch.

Fantastic weekend with the family to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversay. The house had everything we needed and kept the children entertained. Cath was really lovely and even baked us a cake for our stay which was very thoughtful. The view from the property was a highlight and we would definitely stay again.

Lovely hut inside and out, set within lovely gardens. Plenty of places to relax outside, especially the hot tub. We drove to the Bell at Broadway, lovely pub for food with plenty of options and majority can be gf too, including the home made pizza with a large selection of toppings.

If you're looking for a peaceful corner of paradise, this is it. The Round House genuinely is the perfect getaway from it all cottage. So relaxing sitting and listening to the birds and the stream going by, regardless of whether you're in the hot tub or not (what a bonus!). The cottage itself is lovely, it has everything you could possibly need, with some really nice touches throughout. Kate is a fantastic host, and the guest folder has plenty of information of things to see and do during your stay. So what are you waiting for?! Thank you so much for hosting us Tracy. The hut was perfect, beautifully furnished with lots of thoughtful touches. The best bit was the location, private and secluded. The view from hut was just of rolling hills - no buildings or even roads in sight! A place to unwind and de-stress.

Jane and Bill are wonderful hosts. They do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They were really responsive without being intrusive. It was an additional bonus that they allowed us to use their lovely swimming pool, especially as we were lucky enough to pick a very warm and sunny week. The cottage is situated in the beautiful grounds of their house, but still very private with its own lovely garden. We would highly recommend staying here and would like to return as some stage.

A great place to stay to explore beautiful Exmoor. The second time we have stayed there its clean, cosy and comfortable with fabulous views of the coast and access to great walks.

Lavinia and her husband were amazing hosts. I stayed for one night with my cousin and our 2 elderly mothers on the way down to Weymouth. The cottage was lovely, with everything that we needed. The location was easy to find with Lavinia's instructions, and it was a perfect place to stay, with a beautiful sunset. Would be a great place for a week to use as a base. We would definitely stay again. Thankyou. X

The cottage is lovely and well equipped. It is very comfortable for two persons. Parking was no problem even with our VW Multivan - we always found a spot. The churchbells did not disturb us at all even with open windows but for sensitive souls the windows are quite soundproofed. Dunster is a cute little village, the castle is right across the street and you can start hiking right outside your door. We had a wonderful time.

Really lovely cosy studio. Great space, comfortable bed, very well equipped kitchen. Fantastic to have bread, butter and eggs provided to make up a breakfast. George was very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. Only negative was noise of passing traffic as house is next to a road.

Small very well equipped, comfortable, characterful cottage with lovely front and rear gardens. There is a nice outlook over Somerset levels yet easy walking distance into Street and it's amenities. The accomodation is in a great location for exploring all that Somerset has to offer.

Cecilia was so friendly and responsive. The home was a perfect fit for us to stay, and was cute, charming, cozy, and quaint. She left us breakfast and even little chocolate candy bars! The back garden is SO lovely and we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

We had a lovely week at Alpine Grove touring park. Clear communication from Keith. The space was very clean and had all facilities needed for our stay. Our toddler also really enjoyed the swimming pool! Would definitely stay again. Loved it

This was a perfect place to stay for our family of four. Our daughters especially enjoyed the swimming pool. The cottage was clean, with beautiful surroundings and had everything we needed. It was also really lovely to be able to book my Dad into the ‘Little Stable’, which is a smaller, 2 person dwelling available to book. Fiona is a fantastic host and responded quickly to any queries. We would definitely recommend this to our family and friends.

Had a great weekend over Easter at Jan’s place - a beautiful garden - the kids loved the trampoline and pool - we cooked BBQ outside our Accomodation kin the peaceful garden - had great fish and chips and a cider in Watchet - the nearest harbour town (10 min drive) - we also visited from the house; quantock hills (15 min drive) killer beach (15 min drive) minehead (40 mins) and linmouth - beautiful drive over Exmoor. Would definitely come back

What an amazing place! We loved the wood burner and all the possible activities: hot tub, heated swimming pool, tennis, table tennis, crash mat, kayak, trampoline , horses, goats, chickens, and much more! it's the perfect place for a holiday with the family, the whole estate is a destination in itself.

I booked this wonderful property for my best friend's hen do. 10 of us stayed here and hired the property for the weekend. We paid for the garden games, escape room, wine tasting and bbq use for one day. We had the most amazing weekend, we had an entire packed itinerary for almost every hour of the whole weekend from everything available on site and had the best time, we almost didn't have enough time to enjoy every amenity. Not only was the property expansive and full of activities ,even if we didn't pay for extras, but the hosts were incredibly welcoming. From taking time out of their own weekends to check we had everything we needed to setting up games, awarding prizes and giving the bride keepsakes for her wedding they couldn't have made us felt more welcome. Waking up in the morning there were horses, sausage dogs and incredible views paired with a kareoke room and a swimming pool. A site that can accommodate a plethora of activities, we would definitely revisit.

A beautifully presented caravan. Thoughtfully, there were a few of the essentials included in the kitchen and bathroom, in case anything was forgotten. The view was truly stunning and we particularly enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning and evenings a watching ships sail past. The location was really peaceful, not even the expected chorus of gulls to disturb us. We used the caravan as a base for exploring the local area by car and did not use the site facilities, so we cannot comment on their quality. Of note; as far as we could tell, there was no access on foot to the beach and therefore waterfall (there is a path shown on OS maps to the beach, but it is closed due to cliff erosion), nor the neighbouring caravan site.

We've just returned from another wonderful stay at this property in Long Sutton. As returning guests, we were delighted to find it just as perfect as we remembered. The location is stunning, offering peace and tranquility, and the property itself is immaculate. This time, we particularly enjoyed the pool and sauna – a real treat! We can't wait to return.
