Studio Stefano is located just 15 minutes away on foot from the Como historic center. It has an AC, TV, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, large private Patio. It is nestled in a safe and peaceful condominium setting—that is close to a supermarket, bus stop, train station and a large parking garage. Free street parking too. Note that there is a train track nearby the house, however sound is almost completely blocked out when the window/shutters are shut. Trains do not run during the night.

Floor size of 16 m² each.  Dogs are welcome. Please contact us in advance. No parking is available right in front of the house. Welcome to our villa near Lake Como, nestled in the charming city of Valbrona, celebrated for biking, climbing, hiking and much more. Our apartment has a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
