We didn't want to stay in town and still explore Copenhagen. With the S-Bahn, that was no problem. If you don't feel like "city" you can go to the beach. But it's not possible without a car (for shopping or S-Bahn station) For us, the cozy neighborhood was optimal! Beata and Marko from Berlin

Lovely beach house near Copenhagen

The house of Bjarne and his family is very nice and we had a wonderful time there. It is only a few meters to the sea, and there is plenty of space in the house and on the property to feel good all around. The proximity to Copenhagen and other places worth seeing is also a real plus. Bjarne had made a very helpful list for this, which included "insider tips" with restaurants and a nice walk in the area. All in all we can highly recommend the accommodation.

My 2 works colleagues were delighted with this accommodation - they were in Denmark on a work project. The house is beautiful and clean, looks exactly like the photos. The surroundings are stunning and full of nature. The host is super friendly and respondes promptly. Highly recommend. 10/10 :-)

Just a wonderful location to experience the tranquility of the Danish coast. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a little getaway and peace and quiet. Very secluded private yet easy to get to the Copenhagen city center by train and 30 minutes. Great area for running walking or just living a quiet Danish life on the coast. Wonderful updated amenities. Plenty of space for a large family. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a home in this area. 15 min walk to city center/ train station. Responsive house manager and excellent amenities. Highly recommended

House, best for families with kids.

The house is wonderful for families: - huge garden with lots of toys for the kids - outdoor hot bath tub to relax and play with the kids - huge living room with lots of toys and play areas for the kids - open kitchen which is helpful to watch the kids while cooking - gym in the basement A few things weren’t optimal though: - the house wasn’t that clean: we had to vacuum the floor and the the floor mats that the kids use to play with, the dishwasher had used items, the fridge was not very clean. - it took a while to figure how to lock the door, the mechanism isn’t something we had experienced so far, and there was no notice about it so we had to call the host - the host response is slow - there was no wine opener in the kitchen In total the house is perfect for families with small kids. The house is used by the hosts when they don’t rent it out, so be prepared to „share“ the fridge and the closed with their items. The location is nice but it is quite a ride to the city of Copenhagen

The place is wonderfully located and equipped, absolutely no wishes got unanswered. However, we’d say that if you’re 5 people you profit from the place the most since this is the ideal number of people that can stay there properly regarding space, number of bathrooms etc. we definitely recommend staying at Malene’s family home

Wonderful house 450 m to the beach

This house is exactly as described. We had a great time and enjoyed the walk to the beach (5 min walk) and swim. The local area is very nice and Koge was a quick drive for a bite to eat at a great Italian restaurant recommended by Maj-Britt.

A serene beach scene features clear, calm waters extending toward a wooden pier that stretches into the distance. Soft sands border the water's edge, where a person stands near the shoreline. Others can be seen walking along the pier, under a bright blue sky.

Villa very close to the Beach

The house is a dream… we guess 60s style architecture with excellent heights, naturally lightflooded with windows that come close tona stargate at night, a microforest, highest level of danish design, immaculate incarnation of form and function transcend everything on the premise. Squirrels, Birds, Nils Holgersson probably hitchhiking on one of the flocks of wild goose flying by… and the beach…i will not even start… except for this: my encounter on said beach with a cat (It felt as if they might be banned in Solrød, because it was just one out of two that we met during a full week…), very cute, but undoubtedly soul relative to Thor, left me with a scar[y] souvenir… You can do it all on foot, bike and excellent public transport…. including Sweden (e.g. by train…beautiful Lund 1.5h) and Copenhagen of course ( 30m)… highly recommended.

The kitchen features a spacious countertop with a sink and appliances, including a coffee maker. Ample cabinetry provides storage, while large windows allow natural light and views of the outdoor area.

I highly recommend Aviaja’s place. The apartment is very comfortable, and the host is extremely kind.

An open-concept living space features a modern kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample storage. A dining table and chairs are positioned near a large window, allowing natural light to fill the room. Wooden flooring complements the light wood-paneled ceiling.

Absolutely would recommend staying with Søren. The airbnb was amazing and the place had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Have to give special thanks to Søren cause he ensured our whole stay was comfortable and smooth. Extremely helpful and kind. This probably was one of the best interactions we had with a host. He also helped us with figuring out the local transportation as well as picked us up from the station as it was late. Really appreciate when hosts are so kind and go out of their way to make us feel welcome.
