Una casa muy acogedora! Ideal para descansar con una familia grande pues tiene varios cuartos, definitivamente un plus la ayuda de Don Pascual; la casa muy bien equipada, se puede disfrutar de la naturaleza con una jardines muy lindos, la vista al lago impresionante y el relajante temascal y Jacuzzi que le añade 100 puntos a la casa. Claro que quiero regresar con mi familia.

Belle maison dehors Panajachel centre. si vous recherchez de la tranquillité c'est le lieu idéal. il y'a un chien super mignon et calme que nous avons adoré ! tous les jours il y a autour de deux a trois personnes qui viennent faire le ménage et le jardin, à prendre en compte si vous aimez la discrétion. De notre côté, c'était bien utile. La maison est belle et décorée qvec beaucoup du gout. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pendant deux jours car il y avait pas du gas, mais dès que on la annoncé, c'était résolu. donc le perdonné est très réactif. nous avons aimé notre temps dans cette maison et nous recommendons pour un beau séjour en famille! sans doute on va retourner !

If you are looking for a private get away, camping type location this is the place for you. Few things if you are coming from the United States, no AC or washing, it gets hot but with the fans the sleep is ok. Make sure you go grocery shopping before you go in because food and restaurants are not easily accessible. The host Carlos will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy, he was the best host you can ask for and I would go back.

Great views, really spacious and comfortable. Very clean! Byron was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. I really like that recycling was in place. Strong wifi! We are two elder ladies so Byron made sure to help with carrying the suitcases. A real gentleman. The town is small and not very commercial. You wont find lots of tourists here. A great introduction to how Guatemalan live. Like most Atitlan towns, there are lots of steps and hills to climb, but you get used to it pretty quickly and there are tuc tucs around. There is a great little restaurant only a few steps away from the house, it has delicious homemade bread and fresh food to eat. Nestled in a bay, the town of Tzununa has lots of dogs, all are friendly. You can hear them at night as the sound echo travels. We highly recommend Byron's place!

We had a fantastic stay at the property . The scenery and setting of this property is just serene . We were a group of 10 with adults and kids . The kids loved the place so much that they refused to even leave the property . Had a very restful 3 days of Christmas . We stayed over the Christmas break and walked to a nearby local church for the midnight service . Don Miguel ,,George and Theresa ( the helpers on the property ) were always available and very helpful . I wanted to leave a word of appreciation for Sylvia . She is super helpful and very responsive . Was always available to answer questions and provide a lot of helpful recommendations . By far the best Airbnb host that I have interacted with . Overall a wonderful experience

Casita pitaya es un lugar muy bonito, ubicado a unos cuantos pasos de la playa del lago, (llegar es fácil solo pongan IMAP en el mapa) la casa está justo a la par, hay una tienda de conveniencia cerca de la casa los señores que venden justo enfrente de la casa son de las personas más radiantes y amables que e conocido, al igual El buen Hernán, el caserío pachitulul es un lugar mágico como sus cercanías cerro de oro (dónde está la 🚪 ixbalam) lugar que inspiro al autor del libro el principito, la anfitriona IxChel, fue extremadamente atenta, la propiedad tiene múltiples árboles frutales (asta me permitieron tomar unos cuantos 🍋 hice una deliciosa limonada wow) pararse en la puerta de la cocina y contemplar la vista, vale toda la pena !!! baño, toalla, camas, todo impecable y limpio, ES IMPORTANTE ENTENDER QUE LA CASITA PITAYA es un lugar para alejarse de la civilización, no es un lugar como San Pedro, San Juan, San Marcos, es un lugar de paz dónde se puede tener conexión.

El lugar es un lugar privado accesible mayormente por el lago (vía lancha) aunque se puede caminar muy a gusto por un sendero a la orilla del lago, un lugar hermoso con una excelente vista, a tener en cuenta es el horario de las lanchas, ya que regularmente después de las 6 se tiene que contratar una lancha privada, sin duda regresaríamos pues el lugar es excelente

This property is magical! We are a family of 6 adults and everything about our stay was smooth from check-in to checkout. David went above and above to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. He helped us arrange transfer from Antigua and boat transfer to San Juan and San Marcos. A shout out to Melvin, our shuttle driver, and Marco our boat driver. David was flexible with our checkout time and was quick to respond to my many, many questions. The grounds are stunning! You will not be disappointed. The views are breathtaking! We enjoyed walking around the exquisite grounds and jumping off the private dock into the refreshing lake. There are beautiful areas for yoga as well as workout equipment, which my son and son in law loved. The house is equipped with all the cooking essentials. Carlos is amazing and was available for anything we needed during our stay and set up a lovely fire for us one evening. My only regret was not booking this place longer.

Secluded, yet close to everything and very easy to catch a lancha to the other pueblos. The house is spacious, high ceiling and tasty furniture. A place you would want to live. And never leave. Dock is a bit high, but there’s a small «beach» just next to it where it’s nice to swim. Isla Verde next door has great food and nice ambient. Kristiina was super easy going and gave great advice. 10/10!

Nuestra estancia en esta hermosa casa fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos impresionó la atención al detalle en la decoración y el ambiente acogedor. Cada rincón estaba cuidadosamente diseñado, creando un espacio tanto cómodo como estéticamente agradable. El anfitrión fue extremadamente amable y servicial, siempre dispuesto a responder nuestras preguntas y brindarnos recomendaciones. Sin duda, fue una experiencia inolvidable y definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. ¡Recomendamos esta casa a todos los que busquen un lugar encantador y relajante!

Home looked just like the photos and was very clean. My children enjoyed being surrounded by nature yet also so close to town. The kids appreciated having access to the hotel pool and lake. Natalia had recommendations for tuk tuk drivers, babysitters and cleaners. Thank you!

Nuestra estadía fue muy agradable y tranquila. La casa coincidía con las especificaciones proporcionadas, todo ordenado y muy limpio, las indicaciones para la llegada fueron claras y la ubicación precisa. Me gustó la privacidad, así como el estilo de la casa. A pocos metros, se tiene acceso al lago. Cerro de Oro es un lugar muy tranquilo; sin embargo, no hay muchos restaurantes, por lo que es recomendable llevar comida. Afortunadamente, la casa cuenta con los utensilios necesarios para la cocina y el comedor. En el área de dormitorios, las camas son súper cómodas, ¡se duerme a gusto! ¡uno se siente en casa! José fue muy atento y amable, siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestra estancia. Además, nos dio varias recomendaciones para conocer la zona, y decidimos visitar Santiago La Laguna. Anécdota: En nuestra última noche, encontramos dos alacranes pequeños en el dormitorio. Debido a la hermosa naturaleza que rodea la casa, no me sorprendió, pero es importante tomar precauciones.

Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse! Perfekt läge i en fridfull och vacker miljö. Go mat och väldigt avkopplande. Värden kommunicerade bra och snabbt. Kan verkligen rekommendera!
