The place seemed excellent with comfortable environments. it is equipped with everything necessary for a relaxing stay. The environment is cozy and surrounded by nature, with imposing views of the Volcano , the pergola, the firepit and the pool were the perfect complement

Lucho was very responsive and very helpful ! The manager Luis didn’t speak English but he did everything he could to assist !!

Everything was great! The house is comfortable and spacious, and has everything you need to spend a couple of days resting! The sauna and jacuzzi in the afternoon are the perfect way to end the day. The paddleboard is very fun, the beds are comfortable and there's a large TV and a comfortable sofa, perfect for resting. Tiburcio and Marina are also super friendly and willing to help!

This was my second time staying at this location. For views of the volcano and incredible amenities I don't think it can be beat! The host is incredibly friendly and understanding, when we left a jacket behind they made sure it made it to my friend in the community. Finally, if you are into coffee Acatenango has some of the world's best!

The place was very nice, everything clean well put together, the kitchen came with alot of household items, coffee, cooking oil, plates , everything you would need.The view of the lake was beautiful, the outside little patio was a nice hangout spot for a coffee and to relax. Diego was very friendly, helpful and understanding. Responded quickly and had answers right away, provided us with transportation from the dock to the house and as our own little private tour guide around the lake. Very satisfied with the stay, do recommend to book with Diego and Oasis, definitely would come stay again! Thanks again Diego and Oasis for everything. Ask for Chema if your looking for some quick transportation around the area, very friendly, knows his way around.

I stayed at Gonna’s place with my husband and daughter for a weekend in Santiago and we loved it! It felt like a little piece of paradise. The plants and all surroundings were so beautiful and we really enjoyed the amenities. Kayaking in the morning, warming up in the sauna, and watching the sunset from the hot tub on the lake was a real treat. And my daughter loved the pool. The beds were really cozy too. I would recommend!

Had a wonderful trip with my boyfriend to go on the bird watching tours. The apartment had a lovely terrace to lounge on and full amenities. The Internet is really slow so not great for remote working but great to disconnect.

The place is beautiful, it's totally worth it. Very safe and quiet The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has everything. And the condo's private beach was the best part of the Airbnb for me. Highly recommended!

You will feel just right at home, its very cozzy and private, we had a few inconveniences that were resolved super fast by Richard, I highly recommended this place for a weekend or for a long stay

It is a beautiful place with good views and access to the lake. The house has a longer checkout time so in the morning we went to San Juan village and we are not that in rush to checkout. By the lake the volcano views is gorgeous, even sitting at the patio outisde the kitchen you can see the volcano and a lots of stars in the night. However, better to use a 4x4 car to arrive. And there is a 5 minutes staircases walking down to arrive the house. The house is quite warm, not as chill as in the outside. The house is equipped well. A good choice for a group of people accomodation.

We loved our stay at Gonna’s cute cottage. It was quaint, well located, and loved the shared facilities on the edge of Lago Atitlan. Gonna was quick to respond, friendly, and accommodating, and we appreciated her transparency and generosity with check in / check out times.

Beautiful and tranquil place. Perfect to retreat while still having easy access to the town of San Marcos. You will only want to stay here if walking up hills is not a problem for you. Getting your belongings to the house will require a private boat or an extra fee on the public boat unless you have very few things. The place is clean and has hot water and is safe. There will be other people using the beach at times but many times it’s completely private and serene. Niels is a great communicator and Victor who lives on the premises is very helpful.

Honestly the most beautiful place I’ve stayed in Guatemala and I’ve travelled a lot in this country. Clements was an amazing host - full of creativity and conversation. He is an accomplished artist and has a zest for life that’s infectious. Totally welcoming, helpful, accommodating and flexible. And still respected privacy. The casita has a stunning view and is completely comfortable! Outdoor living at its best. We also stayed in the apartment which was amazing as well. The two villages -Jaibalito and Santa Cruz are handy, fun walks nearby. We had good food and weaving classes. It was a wonderful wonderful stay. We will be back! Thank you thank you, Clemens and Andres too!

What a place! Cabin is well stocked. Grounds are amazing! Flowers everywhere- even a beach on the lake. Irma, the housekeeper, is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a truly spectacular oasis on the lake. The views are incredible and the property is so serene, surrounded by wonderful gardens and amazing bird watching. The casita is well appointed with most everything you might need. Also important to note that it’s in a remote part of Santa Cruz so you must trek to the village for any food / resources. But don’t let that deter you! It’s a spectacular retreat nestled in the hillside.

Close to the port, but you do need a Tuk Tuk to get to downtown Panajachel. Nice spacious house, security guard is friendly and helpful! Great communication
