Fantastic stay! A lovely break from hectic life! The hot tub was perfect temperature, size with a great view The pod had everything we possibly needed and the space was used well. Great shower and kitchen facilities. Will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely wonderful place; the setting is beautiful, peaceful and extremely relaxing. The cottage was very clean , well-equipped and we felt at home really quickly. Both hosts were kind, responsive to any questions and couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommend! We’ll be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mutton Barn. The house was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The location was perfect: a beautiful, rural position - so quiet - all we could hear was birdsong! The views from the house were outstanding! We loved seeing the wildlife: badgers feeding on the lawn, pheasants in the garden, deer roaming across the fields and a bird of prey swooping from tree to tree as we drove up to the house on our arrival. Paul was a very friendly, obliging and helpful host - we certainly appreciated the lighting of the log burner each night. Many thanks too, Paul, for the champagne, milk and chocolates you left for us - they were much appreciated!

Pam was an exceptional host. Quick , responsive communication. The accommodation was perfect. Beautifully presented and decorated for Christmas. Comfortable sofas and beds. Well equipped with all the cooking utensils you will need. Towels, extra bedding, hand wash, hand cream and shower gel were all provided. There is ample parking for 2 cars directly outside the lodge. Pam left us a beautiful Christmas welcome package that we all appreciated, a lovely thoughtful touch. The location of the lodge is perfect, fabulous views out onto the river. We took a walk into Stratford, it was an easy pavement walk and took us about 35mins. We had 3 dogs with us and Pam had left a box with dog towels, water bowl and feeding mat. There is a large grass area outside the lodge, perfect for the dogs to do their business and there are even poo bins with poo bags dotted around the park. We had such a lovely stay and would highly recommend to all.

We had a fabulous time here, great apartment, very quiet and serene - just what we wanted, and location-wise very scenic, our dog loved the Lickey Hills; perfect for walking and exploring. If you’re looking for something a bit more “vibey”, there’s Herbert’s Yard close by in Longbridge where you can listen to a bit of music, and have a bite to eat - very cool, and they even sell Puppuccinos. Highly recommend, would definitely come back again.

Zoe's place is a real gem. It is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfy. Loved the tea/coffee & especially enjoyed the cake (thank you). Zoe was easy to communicate with and was accomadating and flexiable with checking my slight change of check in time. I met with family in The Navigation pub, 5 mins down road and retuned the next day for full english breakfast before, my long drive home. The Fox Den is excellent value you for money and the parking on site is an added bonus. You can easily bus or drive into the city. Which is 10-15mins away, although ensure to double check your car registration as there are fees for higher emissions. You can check on gov site.. simply google it.

We had a restful weekend stay in this welcoming property. It was spacious and private and very well placed for dog walks along the canal and further afield. Nigel was helpful but not intrusive and he was very accommodating. We had everything we needed and were extremely comfortable. I worried that the flagstone floor was going to be cold but there was underfloor heating which made it toasty inside - no underfloor heating in the bedroom but I don't like it too hot in the bedroom so that suited me. The WiFi was weak but 5G was available so we used that.

David is great host - friendly and welcoming. He was very flexible and accommodating with my long stay booking. And very responsive when I needed help with fixing a problem. Many thanks, David.

Jessica was very responsive and accommodating with our check in time. The place was easy to find and meet our needs. She even brought us an extra towel to use for the dog as it was going to be rainy. The back garden was perfect for our dog to stretch his legs (and the main reason we booked).

Elizabeth was super helpful and friendly and greatly aided our transition into the UK with two little ones. We appreciated her fully equipped kitchen and updated shower/bathroom. Our two week stay was comfortable and wholesome. We enjoyed the fish&chips down the road and the walks to Aldi & ASDA

Fantastic stay at the Hayloft cottage. The beautiful private surroundings just outside of Stratford upon Avon town was perfect and kept immaculate. Wendy made us feel right at home and the place was snug and cosy for the 4 of us. Complimentary treats for valentines went down a treat and we loved the pool and hot tub experience which was all pristine and well organised. Thank you so much Wendy, already planning our next trip! Had the most wonderful 3 nights in Cow Pen Cottage. Perfect location with a fantastic farm shop (Cobbs) next door selling fabulous top quality local produce to make wonderful breakfasts with. Wendy was so helpful, giving very clear instructions and points of interest to visit. The cottage is quaint & full of character but still has all the mod cons necessary. Wendy gave us a lovely warm welcome with strawberries & prosecco and chocolates by the bed. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were clean and a very welcome addition each day. There were so many attractions within a very short drive and that made Cow Pen Cottage the perfect base to explore Stratford-upon-Avon and the Cotswolds. We will definately be back some day. We absolutely loved this place. So peaceful, beautiful, and quaint with lots to do. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

We Had a Great Time! we Enjoyed the lovely warm pool And the Hot tub, the views are amazing! The cottage is really cosy, and the surrounding countryside is beautiful, we went to The Cotswold Farm Park for a day out- strongly recommended for families with small children. All in all a fabulous holiday we will definitely be coming back!
