Loved the apartment. Met my needs and it looked exactly as advertised. The host was really nice, friendly and accomodative. We felt cold on the first day of check in and the host was proactive to offer us another heater. It was a good stay!

A fantastic little apartment for two which is very spacious with lovely decor & furnishings. Good sized bathroom and small kitchen area with a Nespresso coffee machine - so essentially everything you could ask for ! It is located in what was the garage space of the house and has its own separate entrance and dedicated parking area on the drive. Nigel and Emma were both lovely hosts, super friendly, accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Well located for the nearby Kenilworth, Leamington Spa, Warwick and the Cotswolds also within easy reach from the apartment. L

From booking to checkout everything was perfect.

Check in was very easy with the key safe located by the gate, and Karl gave clear and precise instructions on how to enter. Accommodation is very quiet, and peaceful with a nice little yard area with a table to eat outside if the weather is nice (which I did!) After a long day Karl’s place was very comfortable, and the bed was even better - top marks Train station and local shops are very close by and within easy walking distance. A great stay, I thoroughly enjoyed it

Jay’s place was really nice, the jacuzzi was the best part and definitely worth it, the place was nice and clean and host got back to us quickly, also check in was nice and easy.

Excellent apartment. Had a great stay. The apartment was as described if not better. The location is excellent with lots of cafes and restaurants. Short stroll to York Road with loads of higly recommended restaurants. Bus stop for buses into the city at the end of the road a minute's walk away. The apartment was quiet, clean with all amenities including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven etc. Bathroom was clean. Comfortable bed. This will be my go to accommodation in the future. Chab was an excellent host with prompt communication and response. Highly recommend this apartment.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ray’s place! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The location was perfect, and everything was exactly as described—if not better. Honestly, the pictures don’t do justice to how lovely and well-kept the apartment truly is. Ray was an incredible host: kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and always made us feel welcome. You can truly tell he cares about his guests and their experience. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. I used this place whilst attending a conference in Nuneaton. Andy was around when I arrived and I received a great welcome. Great place for the business or leisure traveller. Off road parking and amenities fairly close by. No complaints and very good value for money considering the amount of space you get and use of the garden.

Extremely convenient for access to the NEC, and Solihull nearby for any other amenities or needs. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable surroundings. Definitely recommend.

Overall it was a very pleasant day. Car was on the driveway right next to the apartment nice and clean nice comfortable clean bed big TV exactly what I needed before a long day at Master Mind great sleep overall very happy the only one very very slight thing I may wanted more is blackout curtainsas I don’t sleep very well and the light wakes me up

I stayed here for around 40 days and honestly, it felt like a home away from home. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind — they replied to any queries I had almost instantly, and were sweet enough to accommodate a late checkout when I requested it. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures: cosy, clean, and very inviting. The pantry was well stocked with essentials (and more), which made cooking easy and convenient. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I felt genuinely spoilt! The Wi-Fi is fast, everything is well maintained, and the location is perfect — just a 7–8 minute bus ride to Bullring. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

Wonderful, friendly hosts with a passion that delivers. Very communicative, responsive and accommodating. Location is convenient and within walking distance to Bullring shopping centre, bars and restaurants. Apartment is modern style with a simplicity that speaks elegance. Cosy and immaculately with all the necessities for a comfortable stay.

Newly arrived in Birmingham, this place made it feel like home. Everything you can need in a home was available. Jennifer was so nice and always quick to respond. One of the best experiences I’ve had ever. Everything is modern just like the photos. Kitchen is fully equipped which makes it easier for a longer stay. Place overall was awesome and can’t recommend her enough. Thank you.

Had a great stay in SUA. Perfect location and just what we needed. Good Comms with Emily who came out to sort the missing gate fob. Great place for exploring the town - very convenient, especially as there is a car space too. Would recommend.

This is our 3rd stay here to visit our son at Warwick University. It's an ideal location, walkable if inclined. Always feel very much at home. We did find the mattress too soft and bouncy and the bed too small this time, but we have recently bought a new bed at home, so that's just preference. Always a warm welcome and great communication throughout. Looking forward to our next visit!

Paul’s house is clean and the bed is very comfortable. It is a real home from home and a great place to stay. The parking at the back is a real bonus.

We enjoyed a short & restful night at The Annex. It's situated in a quiet farm location. Fiona provided lovely little touches to make us feel most welcome. Like bread, milk, butter, cereal, plenty of towels, comfy bed, homely.....Easy instructions to get in. It's spacious enough to feel comfortable with a nice big shower. A good kitchette and cute garden. We had to be careful of the hot water. But otherwise it was a perfect & quaint place to stop. We highly recommend.
