I spent an entire month in the small paradise of André and Fernanda. The place is fantastic, surrounded by nature, tranquility and peace. The hosts are amazing people, always willing to help and go far beyond a mere business relationship. I found everything I needed in the lodging. Certainly the memories of this wonderful trip will accompany me for the rest of my life. I intend to return as soon as possible. Do not hesitate to make your reservation, you will not regret it!

We had a great accommodation. Large, organized, very clean and cozy house. Great linens and towels. Very good space and good location, has everything nearby. The space is very cozy, has linens and bath linens and household utensils in the kitchen. The atmosphere is quiet and spacious and Leni is very helpful and attentive to the guests. The only detail is that it does not have wi-fi yet.

I thought the accommodation was great and special to Maria who is so friendly and polite. There is a place to stop the car, very quiet street and the city is beautiful. For those who do not have a car, they will need to walk a lot to the center, as the street is on a hill, with residential houses and very quiet to get there. But it's worth too much for people who have a car or don't bother to pick up Uber, as it takes 5 to 10 minutes to get to the city center. Inclusive São Lourenço is a charming city with a lot of commerce and urban and rural areas to explore. It has great infrastructure, with security, fair prices of services and options for tours for everyone. I and my wife will return for sure and nominate Maria for everyone.

The hosts are sweethearts, always attentive. They welcomed us with coffee and cake, and showed us the house. They also didn't stay longer than necessary, making us feel comfortable. The house is very clean, spacious and organized. With all the necessary items available and even items that we don't usually see available (air fryer, orange juicer, etc.). Close to the center and the water park, the city's main attraction. The only not very positive point is that the bathroom on the 1st floor is outside, and as my son and I need to be underneath for being a wheelchair person, getting up from bed at dawn and having to open the door,and going out in the cold to use the bathroom was quite complicated, since there was no way to go up the stairs with him to go to the top, in addition, in this bath there is no box, which makes it much cooler to take a shower and then go out and get cold. The entrance through the kitchen ends up being better for the chair but it still has steps, it takes 2 people to lift the wheelchair.

Great space ,all new and everything very clean ,comfortable and cozy ,corresponded to the Photos ,very functional ,had household utensils necessary for stay. Everything very organized ,detail of the towels arranged in the perfect bed!!! Our stay at Cíntia's apartment was simply wonderful. The place is complete, welcoming and conveys a peace that is difficult to find these days. We had the opportunity to study, work and, above all, to rest — which was very necessary for us, especially after a period of emotional exhaustion. The silence and serenity of the place helped not only in physical rest, but also in the emotional rebalancing. The environment inspired us and favored the concentration to develop projects that, in the wake of Rio de Janeiro, we could barely get off the paper. We very much liked the decoration with spiritual references, such as the Buddha elements, and especially to find the book about the water experience "The Messages of Water" — a work that we already wanted to read and that, coincidentally, was there, at the disposal. It was a gift!  No doubt, every time we return to São Lourenço, we will try to stay again in this very special apartment. Cíntia, congratulations!

What to say about Host Cristine? She was super kind and attentive! Despite being a little far away, she was always very helpful, answering us by phone several times to answer questions and give tips about the city. The house is very good, large, well organized and comfortable. Even though it was previously agreed, we only missed bedding options — something that would make a difference, even if there was an increase in value, since we went by motorcycle and had no way to take much. But that was just one detail that didn't get in the way of our great weekend. I hope to come back next year for the next motorcycle meetup!

Excellent experience! Clean, well-equipped, quiet accommodation, great constructive standard (WITHOUT those thin walls and slabs where you hear all the noises from the neighbors). Elizabeth is always careful, attentive and understanding. Everyone felt at home!

The location is excellent, right in the center of São Lourenço, within walking distance of Parque das Águas, with varied shops, great restaurants nearby and a wonderful bakery next door. Hostess Claudia and her husband were very nice, responding quickly. The apartment is spacious, with large bedrooms and bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds, very clean and fragrant bed linens. We loved it! We'd definitely be back.
